CHAPTER 47: Move to Xavier’s Hometown

  Ezra’s Point Of View.

KIANA AND I woke up as sunlight illuminates our skin. I forgot that we opened the window last night to get some air.

I immediately got out of bed and went to the bathroom. I washed my face in the sink and did my morning routine. Then, Kiana followed.

After, I headed straight to the living room and saw the seven are awake now and busy clearing their things. They turned to me.

“What’s our next plan?” I asked them.

“It’s still the set up we discussed and agreed to. We will stay at Xavier’s house for the meantime,” Iñigo answered.

“Won’t it be embarrassing and bothersome for your parents, Xavier?”

They are boys and Kiana and I are the only girls here. Maybe it will get uncomfortable for his parents if they misunderstand our situation.

“Don’t worry, Ezra. I already talked to Mom about it. She agreed and I explained everything, so there’s nothing to worry about,” Xavier added, which relieved me inside.
