　　I couldn't believe everything that had happened to me. One minute I was about to go to bed, and the next minute, enforcers barged into my apartment and arrested me. I thought they would take me to the dungeon, but they didn't. They took me to somewhere that looked like a secret prison outside the packhouse. I honestly wanted to shift and teach them a lesson, but Ashria had warned me about it. She claimed it was a necessary event. I honestly wanted to do a lot of things, but she insisted we stand down, and I had no choice but to obey.


　　Honestly, it sucked. Everyone had a newborn wolf, but I had to be stuck with an ancient soul that seemed more like a parent than a part of me. It sucked being controlled by your wolf, but she was yet to lead me astray, and she had proven her wisdom and strength to me.
