CHAPTER48: Hiding the truth

　　"Finally you're awake," Ciel said as saw his brother awake. "How is my baby?" Yuri asks his brother as he caressed his tummy. "The Doctor said both of you are fine," Ciel replied while pouring water in the glass. "Take this and drink it," says Ciel and He gave Yuri a glass of water. "Thank you," Yuri said gratefully and He took the glass of water that Ciel gave to him. "What happened to Sebastian's Office?" Ciel asked his brother. That makes Yuri stop him from drinking his water "I saw him with my own eyes that he was kissing a woman in front of me" bitter response of Yuri which is the reason for his tears to drip to his cheeks
