  I am watching proudly as my father negotiates with the clan of hunters that have been killing off our kind for more than fifty years.? “You can’t continue to kill innocent wolves and lycans within our city limits,” my father’s voice rings out loudly through the conference hall.? Murmurs of objections fill the hall as the clan debates among themselves.? “We are no longer the creatures that we once were,” my father tries to speak over the murmurs, but it is useless.? “We haven’t turned a human without their consent in more than a thousand years.?
