CHAPTER 48 Isaiah

I saw that Zira’s wolf was on the surface and she was heaving like she was really mad. Anytime Nina was out something or someone is either going to get slashed or hurt. Never met a wolf as fierce as her. I looked around for the culprit and only saw Isabella was looking at Zira with a shocked expression. The same as Zack's face. No one made a motion to speak. “Should I ask that again?”

”Sorry, Alpha. Everything is fine,” Zira said. Her eyes were back to it’s hazel color. She looked nervously between everyone before her eyes landed on me. What the hell did I just walk into?

“Zira, you’re…” Isabella stepped towards her but Zira held up her hand to stop her.

“Don’t want to talk right now. I just need to get home,” Zira said. She slowly walked towards, nearly falling into it. I moved but Zack beat me to the door.

“I’m leaving right now, Zira. Maybe I can give you a ride,” Zack so graciously offered.
