CHAPTER 93 Zira

It was quiet. Too quiet as I walked in the woods. So quiet my footsteps in the snow echoed around me like I was in some sort of acoustic room. My breaths were very visible in the air and there was a certain chill surrounding me like a bad omen. I was really missing my room right now.

The closer I got to the cliff the tighter I pulled my coat in. I kept thinking about what to do. I tried calling Isaiah and Isabella but nothing went through. Maybe Alaia tapped their phones or something.

I watched as she walked along the edge of the cliff. This is your chance. Voices in my head whispered. All you have to do is push her. I flashed back to the dream of me being pushed over the cliff. All I have to do is push her.
