A young lady was found unconscious by two siblings; Fleur and Miguel in Fraser Island, the countryside of Australia.

　　“What is it Doc?” I asked, starting to sense what’s going on.


　　“Hmm…Miss Morgan will be back from maternity leave in a week time..I guess you know what that means” He said and I felt my heart sank.


　　“You mean I’m gonna leave?” I asked wishing he would say no but the nod of his head told me everything.


　　“Mrs Wilson..I’m so sorry. I know you love the kids and they love you but we have to do things the way they are meant to be” He said and I nodded trying hard to hold my tears.


　　I’ve gotten acquainted with the kids and I never thought of leaving them…I should have thought about that, knowing I’m just here because Mrs Morgan is on maternity leave.
