At Adrien's house, as Adrien checked her phone, he discovered that she had only one number saved in it – "DYLAN," with the name "EMIR" attached to it. Confusion and a multitude of thoughts flooded his mind. "Why does she only have one number in her phone? There's no family contact, just Dylan. Who is this person lying to her and hiding their identity?" The unsettling thoughts left him feeling uneasy. He pondered, "Should I call Dylan and let him know she's with me or not?"
The relationship between Adrien and Dylan had always been rocky, so Adrien hesitated to make the call. In a moment of introspection, he decided on his course of action. "Click! Click!" He snapped a few pictures of himself with Ember and sent them to Dylan with a text message: "She's at my home."
On the other side, Emir stood near the window, and his phone buzzed with a notification. He tried to ignore it, but as he attempted to dismiss it, he accidentally opened the message. His eyes locked onto the photos where he saw Ember and Adrien together, accompanied by the text, "She is at my home."
Emir rushed out of the room and informed Nana, "I'm going to Adrien's home." He grabbed the car keys from the driver and started the car. The vehicle sped through the rain-soaked streets, and after a tense drive, it skidded to a halt in front of Adrien's house. Emir stepped out of the car, his clothes that had briefly dried at home now soaked once more. He hurried to the door and repeatedly pressed the doorbell, creating a frantic "ding! dong!" sound.
