His Hazel Eyes And Her Dark Brown Eyes (I)

Mrinal was busy in her studies . It was Saturday and her exams are going to start from Monday . After completing the work on canvas she looked at her canvas and she realized what she did . Her mind went to flashback of morning incidents .

*Flashback starts*

She got up in the morning and got ready as usual . She was late actually . She put light kohl in her eyes and wore a pair of earrings for the first time .

She wanted to go the garden without disturbing anyone . She went to the garden but unfortunately lost her way . She mumbled to herself ' This is because of that stupid Mafia . Who makes this big house oops mansion ? I lost my way . I can't even remember Choti ma and Chote papa's room's direction . Mira knowing their room's direction will not help you even . They must be sleeping . I should go back to my room . '

She was going back to her room but to her hard luck she forgot the way .She thought for a second and started walking to the direction she thought but ended up to the gym room of her husband . But she didn't expect that his husband would come out after doing his morning workout . He was looking extremely handsome in his t - shirt and sweatpants .

Both didn't expect each other in the morning . Their eyes met and they shared a eye lock . For the first time Mrinal felt attracted towards his hazel coloured eyes . She didn't know why . She still remembers his cold eyes during the kidnapping encounter . His hazel eyes scared the hell out of her that night but today she was feeling attracted towards his eyes to no end for the first time . And about Abhay he didn't expect his morning would be this beautiful . Her dark brown eyes always attract him but today her wet hairs , black kohl in her big doe eyes and her lavender scent were making her like an enchantress to him . At last Mrinal broke the eye lock and looked away . Abhay also came out of his thoughts .

Abhay said ' I wanna kiss you my little wife . '

Mrinal didn't hear that properly ' Huh ? '

Abhay understood what he said ' Nothing . You are looking heavenly beautiful . Let me take you back to your room . '

Mrinal didn't understand ' Why ? I can walk by my own . You don't need to carry me every time . '

She thought he would carry him like before .

Abhay laughed at her innocence ' If you want I can carry you in my arms for my entire life . But I meant something else baby . I know you lost your way . So I was telling you to help you to reach your room . '

Mrinal felt her cheeks became red due to embarrassment . She mentally facepalmed herself for her stupidity .

Abhay mentally chuckled and said ' You are looking cute sweetheart . Let's go to your room . I will bring your breakfast . I know you are an early riser . So I told workers to prepare breakfast early . You just concentrate in your studies baby .' tapping her red flushed cheeks .

Mrinal couldn't utter anything . She can't even tell that she wanted to go the garden . She silently followed him though he was walking by her side only . Reaching her room she softly spoke ' It's not that early . Umm I will have breakfast with all . I mean I don't want to have breakfast alone . '

Well it wasn't that early at all . Workers already started their work . Bed tea will be served soon . And Devika was getting ready to go and join them in making breakfast . Doesn't matter how many workers they have Devika will prepare food by herself whether Abhay and Vishal request her not to stress herself . Her one stern look and they will stop at instant .

Abhay ' But it will take sometime . You shouldn't starve yourself . If you want I can join you . Just let me take a bath . '

Mrinal shook her head in no and said ' No we all will have breakfast together . '

Abhay felt very happy hearing this from her mouth . He nodded his head in yes and said ' Okk . Do you want to have some tea or coffee or anything else ? '

Mrinal nodded her head in no . Abhay said ' Okk I am sending juice . Have it otherwise Choti ma will take your class . ' and went away knowing that she doesn't like tea or coffee .

Mrinal wanted say on his face ' Tale ar amay jiggesh korar dorkar chilo ? Ufff ! ' [ Then why did you ask me ? Ufff ! ] but said nothing .

He went to get ready in his business suit . He is going to meet someone very special today . He was looking handsome as always . But the evil smirk was making him more devilishly handsome . He then started working in his laptop while sipping his black coffee .

Mrinal sat near the window with a pout as she couldn't go to the garden . A worker came with juice . Well there were many options . She took Apple juice and thanked her . She had it and thought ' Should I go and help in making breakfast ? Choti ma does everything with others . I also should go and do something . Otherwise it will look very bad . I also live with them . I should go and help like I used to do in my house . '

She then played her Tanpura for sometime . She felt solace after playing it . It was her passion . Apart from drawing she loves to play it . She worships her Tanpura as instruments are worshipped . Specially looking towards the garden through her room's window while playing it made her to feel like she is in peace of mind . And yes she was .

After that she went out . Fortunately this time she found the kitchen . Choti ma was already there with other workers . She greeted her ' Good morning Choti ma .' She greeted her back ' Good morning Mrinal . You woke up early then why didn't you have breakfast . Are you hungry ? What do you want to eat ? I am making ..'

This time Mrinal interrupted her 'Choti ma I am not hungry . I will have breakfast with you all . I came here to .. to . Umm can I do something ? Like I want to make breakfast with you . '

Choti ma ' Yes you can . It's your house also you can do anything you want . Let's make breakfast together . '

The workers also greeted her . She greeted them back . The made breakfast while talking and laughing . Mrinal came to know about favourite food of others like what they like to eat as she asked choti ma . Then the table was set . They started their breakfast . During breakfast time everyone felt the difference of taste of the food . Abhay and Vishal loved the food which was clear from their eating speed and their praising . Abhay was the first one to ask ' Choti today's food taste different . '

Chote papa also said ' Yes it taste different and very tasty . I loved it . Specially this gajar ka halwa . ' while eating the halwa .

Choti ma smiled and said 'Well it is . Isn't tasty ? Abhay what do you think ? '

Abhay replied ' It taste heavenly . I love it . Did you try something new ? Like new recipe ? Everything is so tasty and different today . ' in his excited voice like a baby .

Choti ma smiled widely this time ' Well I didn't prepare today's food . It's your wife who made all this Abhi . '

Mrinal didn't know what to say so she was looking at them simply . But suddenly their eyes again met as she looked towards Abhay and Abhay was already looking at her hearing Choti ma's words . This time they again lost in the depth of their eyes . A smile wasn't leaving Abhay's lips and Mrinal doesn't know why a smile formed on her lips . Abhay didn't expect that she will take initiative like this . It's not like this taking initiative as accepting their relationship was doing house chores for him . But he was happy that she was accepting herself as a part of this family . Both Vishal and Devika wanted to laugh at them but didn't say anything . At last Vishal cleared his throat to gain their attention . Mrinal looked down in embarrassment for the second time that too in front of elders . Again her cheeks were red .

Then Choti ma said ' Mr. Shekhawat don't you think you should give your daughter - in - law some gift as she made all these tasty food for us . And what about you Mr . Abhi hmm ?'

Chote papa ' Yes why not ? '

Then he gave a huge amount of money to her and patted her head lovingly . She didn't accept it at first but stern looks from the couple made her to take it . And Abhay grinned at her scared face which appeared cute to him . Mrinal so wanted to punch him on his face . Mrinal bent down to touch his feet but he didn't let her to touch his feet . He smiled warmly and blessed her . She also bent to touch Devika's feet also but she pulled her in a hug and said ' Always be happy sweety . ' and kissed her forehead . Then Choti ma said ' Abhi what will you give your wife hmm ? '

Abhay said ' See Choti ma your son doesn't have anything right now to give your daughter . But I will give her something she will love . '

Chote papa said ' You better should Mr . Oldie . And what about you Mrs . Shekhawat ? ' and he laughed .

Abhay said' I am not an Oldie . ' in his grumpy voice.

Choti ma said ' Don't worry I will give her something she truly deserves . '

This way they completed their breakfast . Mrinal was happy as they praised her a lot and that were genuine .

They were about to leave . Today Mrinal went to see of them at the door with Choti ma . Choti ma told them ' Both of you have lunch on time . I will send it with Ritesh . ' and they nodded their head like obedient kids . Vishal and Abhay kissed Devika's forehead as always before leaving the house . Then Chote papa kissed on Mrinal's hair and said ' Devika take care of her and yourself also . ' and patted her head .

Abhay was thinking to give her a peck on her forehead as he didn't know whether she will like it or not . He decided to say a nice goodbye to her but Mrinal hold his arms and said ' Umm when will you return ? '

Abhay first thought that she wanted him to say or to kiss her forehead but hearing her question he understood that she isn't asking for it .

Abhay softly ask her ' Why ? I mean ...' and he was cut off by Vishal . He said ' What the hell are you saying ? Tell her that you will return the moment she will ask you to comeback . Like I do for your Choti ma . ' making Devika blush .

Mrinal literally felt the pure love between the couple . And Abhay well he witnessed the strength of their love everyday when they were on run. And still he witnesses and admires it .

Abhay said ' Okay . Tell me when I have to come . I will be at home at time . '

Mrinal softly said ' I want to go to hostel as I told before . But .. ' she paused and clutched the end of her saree in her fist and then continued ' But I don't want to go alone . And I don't want to disturb Choti ma . So will you take me there . ? '

She said last two sentences like whisper so that Devika and Vishal couldn't hear it . Well they couldn't have hear it as they were busy in their tailings . She doesn't want to go alone after what happened . No matter what she would freak out if Abhay wasn't there .

On the other hand Abhay could feel her fear due to last night . He said ' I will come before 7 o' clock . Is it fine ? '

Mrinal nodded her head in yes with a smile . This time Abhay couldn't control himself and gave a quick kiss on her forehead and said ' Take care of yourself and Choti ma . And don't stress yourself . Do whatever you like and food was heavenly tasty baby . ' making Mrinal blush a little . Mrinal didn't dislike it at all . At last they went away saying good bye to the ladies .

Later Choti ma gave her an old wooden jewellery box . The box was beautiful itself with it's old traditional design and glory . Mrinal was surprised to see the box . Devika told her to open it and she opened it . She became more surprised to see the box was full of jewelleries . All of them were so beautiful that nobody can't even move her/ his gaze . Mrinal liked them very much but having them for herself never came in her mind . All of the jewelleries were showing their beauty and glory with their traditional designs . Devika said ' All these jewelleries belonged to your mother - in - law . Now it belongs to you . All of them are their family 's traditional jewelleries and totally unique . Your mother - in - law supposed to give you as it is their traditional jewelleries and it passes through generations . I am giving you instead of Bhabi . Take them and you are the true owner of all these jewelleries . Well you are a gem of person yourself . ' and forwarded the box towards Mrinal .

Mrinal felt her voice cracked when she talked about Abhay's mother . Mrinal politely smiled , taking it in her hands she softly said ' Choti ma thank you for this most precious gift because these all jewelleries are the memories of my mother - in - law . And Choti ma I am very glad to get this wonderful gift . I am sad that my in - laws are not here but I am also happy that you and Chote papa are here for us . But Choti ma I have a request . And I want you to keep my that request as a gift from your side . Will you give me ? '

Devika was surprised to hear that Mrinal is asking something by her own . Which was not her character at all . But she was happy as for the first time she was asking by her own . She smiled , ran her hand over her hair lovingly and said ' Ask whatever you want to ask . I will love to give you . '

Mrinal ' Choti ma I want you to keep it . It will be safe with you . And about the tradition I am living here only . And this box is here only . You just keep it like you kept for years please . You also promised me . '

Devika pinched her nose and said ' You have such a pure heart . Ok I will keep it as I promised but now you have to take one jewellery of your own choice from this box . '
