Advi's POV
My sweet husband made me ready in a beautiful Sabyasachi party saree. He also got ready in his tux.
He looks so handsome.
But I am really nervous. Why won't I?
Still I tried to stay strong.
'Baby Dove listen, listen to me carefully. No body I repeat no body will dare to do any stunt. I promise Baby Dove everything will be fine. I will be staying by your side always.'
His voice and words really calmed me. I felt relaxed.
'Now see you look like an angel.' He whispered in my ears. I was sitting in front of vanity mirror in our room.
I looked down as he kept praising me.
I am feeling shy. Please someone tell him. My cheeks are getting red.
'Now Baby Dove kindly look at your poor husband.' He made me look into the mirror by lifting my chin with his index mirror.
'I... think .. we...we...'
'Shh!! Baby Dove let me see you properly.' He whispered huskily in my ears.
I so wanted to keep looking down but his sweet voice hold domination.
He tugged few strands of my hairs behind my ear. Picking up the box of vermillion he applied it on my forehead.
And I cried. Yes I cried. The day we got married, it was only in pen and paper. In these few months nobody asked me to apply it or forced me. I didn't have money also. Only the next day of our marriage Mom gave me this. I started using it.
Frankly speaking I wasn't sure still my heart said and I did.
Now today for the first time he applied it on my hair partition.
'I hate your tears Baby Dove. ' He said as he kept the box and opened the drawer only to bring out another box.
I looked at it wiping my tears only to tear up again. It was a Mangalsutra. He tied it around my neck.
And then I saw tears in his eyes through the mirror.
Did he cry? Did he?
Yes he did.
'Did you like the MangalSutra?' He asked me picking up the comb.
Like?
I loved it.
I wanted to shout in happiness but I only could nod my head.
'I wish I could do it the day we got married. I am sorry Baby Dove for being a jerk.'
'No Sid it's okay. You were for..'
'No Baby Dove it wasn't okay but now it is.'
Question - Who can win with him?
Answer - Simple, no one.
He kissed my hair and started combing my hair. I tried to look down not knowing what to do but his voice didn't let me.
'You know Baby Dove I am not that much bad looking. You can look at me. My face is better that the floor.'
'It's just..'
'Look at me Baby Dove.'
I looked up as he combed my hair. He made a messy low bun of my hair. Then he did my little bit of make up keeping my natural look totally perfect. Applying the lip gloss he made me wear a bracelet.
I don't know how much jewelleries I have.
Abd finally I was done oops he was done.
'My Baby Dove is so pretty.'
I was really looking pretty. He can do make up better than any popular make up artists.
At last he made me wear my shoes.
Soon we left for the party. We alone on the car except the driver uncle. In the whole ride he made me relax and calm.
'I won't lie but there will be paparazi. But nothing will happen. '
He was holding me small hand in his hand.
I took deep breath as we got down. The clicking sound of so many cameras made me nervous.
People will mock me.
He will feel humiliated.
But a voice reached to my ears 'Smile Baby Dove. You are perfect.'
He encouraged me. I smiled looking at the camera and within few seconds they took so any photos only god knows.
But then the most accepted thing came as I accepted.
'Why did you marry someone like her Mr. Singh Khurana?'
'Cause I love her. Thank you.'
With that we went inside.

Advi's POV
Mom, Dad came to us as soon as they saw me.
'My daughter is looking so pretty.' Mom patted my head making me blush.
'Advi you look very pretty.' Dad also complemented me. There were tables reserved for guests. The decoration was beautiful. I never attended any business party. Actually I never attended any party except Radhu Di's birthday party.
So many people were there. I think everyone is businessman. It was the success party of Dad's very old business partner. He was quite close to our family. We all clapped and cheered for Mr. Chaturvedi as the host announced about his success. Sid kept his promise of staying with me. Even Mom was also with me. But Dad was quite busy handling everything as he mentioned before 'Sid stay with Advi. I will handle everything. Don't leave her side.'
'I will Dad.' He replied with a smile.
We were talking until we heard a voice.
'SID!!' A sweet well basically over sweet voice came.
Author's POV
It was a girl who was standing wearing a long gown. She was definitely very pretty.
'Sid I missed you so much.' With that she was about to hug him but he moved back.
'I didn't miss you Ms. Arrora. ' His voice wasn't sweet.
'Sid please I am sorry. I know I shouldn't do that but...'
'But you did Ms. Arrora. Now leave I don't want any problem in my life because of you.'
'Of course you won't. Nowadays you are very busy with your charity case wife. A complete useless.' She said with a disgust against Advika.
'Don't call her charity case. She is mine, my wife. Not a word against her.' He roared though he tried to keep himself calm.
'She is a charity case only. Sitting on whee...'
'Ms. Arrora you should go.' Arunima cut her off looking at Sid's balled fists . He looked beyond angry. The volcano can bust anytime. Neha Arrora was always behind Siddharth since from their college. He never liked her more than a friend but when she tried to kiss him in her birthday party Siddharth had it enough and broke all connections with her. But she was madly infatuated with Siddharth.
'Aunty??' Again her sugar coated voice came.
'Just go Neha.' Arunima again said.
'How can I Aunty? He married a pathetic handicapped girl.'
The tragic truth of Advika's life.
