Chapter ２８

Reuben Jones meets his wife, “Wife, you are here too.”

Annabelle Smith was enraged upon seeing him. “Where have you died all day!?” said Reuben Jones.

She is furious and agitated no. But Reuben Jones isn't mad. Her dignity is nothing. 

“Uh…” Reuben Jones paused, puzzled. “Needless to say, I am not interested in knowing,” Annabelle Smith sneered. Your suit? Here? “You don't have a suit?”

Annabelle Smith questioned, grabbing her suit jacket. She squeaked. The cloth was nice and soft to the touch. She knew it was expensive.

Reuben Jones Smithckled in his heart, he was so eager to go, he forgot to change.

“Don't you keep saying that I don't come out to find a job, so I came here to find a job today, and just got a position as a real estate agency,” he said hastily. This is their new clothing.”

Annabelle Smith declined further inquiry. She used to miss Reuben Jones, but after meeting Chairman Sunton, she no longer misses him.
