Reunion

Clara came back home by 8:00 p.m.and knocked on the door. Abigail opened the door looking happy.

"So sister did you get the job?"Abigail asked."Clara tell us you're keeping us on suspense"Mrs Robinson said. "okay Mom I'll tell you"Clara said.

Abigail and Mrs Robinson smiled.

"Guess who I met today"Clara asked

"Who?"both replied excitedly. Clara closed her eyes and explained"I met Tinsley and Eddie my old time friends and we are back together, you know we discussed alot and caught up on old times."When Clara didn't hear a reply she turned and found out that their faces fell. She met a frowning Abigail and Mrs Robinson."So that's all?"Abigail said

"You didn't get the job"Mrs Robinson completed. Both sighed and Mrs Robinson went to bed. Clara stared at them dumbfounded.

Eddie rushed back home excited.

"Big sis what's up"Ricky asked

"I met my old friends today"

"and?"

"and what, where you expecting something else?"Eddie asked"l thought you got a job"Ricky replied and sighed in disappointment.

Tinsley came back home excited."Hi mummy "

"why are you home by this time"Mrs Williams asked.

"well I am sorry mum I met my old friends today, Clara and, Eddie and we rolled the town today"Tinsley said happily."so that is why you kept your boyfriend waiting"Mrs Williams said.

"what boyfriend mum"

"oh now don't pretend like you don't know what I am talking about"

"mom l don't under..."Then Ken emerged from the guest room.

"Why are you here"Tinsley asked

"That's not a question Tinsley l am your soon to be fiance"Ken said

"Listen I have broken up with you and that's final"Tinsley said and went straight to her room.

It's a Wednesday morning Tinsley called Clara and Eddie on a group video call"Hello darlings"Tinsley said

"ooooooh who do we have here"Clara said"So girls how about we meet at Las Vegas hotel for a real get together"Tinsley asked.

"LAS VEGAS!"

"LAS VEGAS!"

Eddie and Clara shouted at the same time."do you know what it takes to get a reservation there?"Clara asked

"l sincerely hope you are joking"Eddie said."I know don't attack me like that I just wanted it to be big"Tinsley said

"Big my damn foot ,l hope you know that we are BROKE"Eddie said

"I suggest we do it at Kelly's restaurant it's much cheaper there"Eddie said

"But guys I'll foot the bill if we go to Las Vegas Ken still sends me money so it's not a big deal"Tinsley said

"You would have said that earlier"Clara said."Not like you gave me the chance to talk"Tinsley said and rolled her eyes.

They chatted happily agreeing to see the next day.
