Man under the helmet.

Bryan saw Erick point the gun at his head, it was all like in slow motion as he shouted but happened to be too late.

Erick was just going to end his life,? There were secrets Erick had been hiding all along, Erick had to survive this, even though he was a criminal wanted.

Now all three rushed forward to stop Erick from committing suicide as they flung themselves and snatched away the gun. The bang had already sounded but mysteriously, the bullet had not been aimed properly when Erick groaned. This had made the bullet stripe off his left ear Erick now burst into wails.

The sirens had long gone mute now as a few more officers arrived at the scene. Erick was not a person to underrated, once Inspector Joe Ken had alerted the police centre down the highland, they had instead armed their selves heavy.

"Quick, he needs first aid!" Inspector Joe Ken instructed as one of the police volunteered to save the life. If they could make it to the hospital, maybe Erick might survive.

No one would wish for his death, a criminal like him had to be tried in court, and there was no escape not even in attempting suicide.

Soon, the whole scene was closed and Erick's injured figure was rushed to the IHC.

"What about this?" Mrs Yumaa asked as they decided to head back to the mansion.

"We are not going to speak about this. " Inspector Joe Ken decided as they agreed to head back.

Tomorrow Bryan had to report to the court for prosecution. Thanks to Inspector Joe Ken who had let Bryan free of bond.

"Remember not to speak of anything about this incident." Joe Kenn reminded Bryan who had decided to ride back in his cruiser.

If only they knew, Bryan had long kept calmness as he digested the little broken wish from Erick. Whatever made Erick good was unclear but at least it showed that Erick still had some humanness in him, and he recognized Bryan as an old ardent buddy.

"I understand Inspector," Bryan replied as the latter sighed.

"You can just call me Joe Ken." He was not part of the Gindi, but becoming, and being called Inspector Inspector Inspector All day long was beginning to be a headache.

"Ok, Joe Ken." Bryan had not much to say, as he agreed.

His head was full of questions as he felt lost in the maze. It seemed he had more enemies than friends.

Now they drove silently into the huge compound as Xie Yu walked innocently to welcome them back in. A pose in her and glitter in her smile was not right, but she performed a great act as she got them in for dinner.

With all that was running through his mind. Bryan could not continue sitting and listening to the talks but go upstairs and find a way to relieve the tension.

Meanwhile, at the IHC.

Mr Yumaa managed to get past and into the isolated room Hao Ge was in. He didn't fear being shot since he knew the police won't do such an act unless he got stupid.

There on the bed, he saw the bump that was presumably Hao Ge. 'Yes, it has to be him.'

Mr Yumaa knew he had a limited time to act harshly, eyeing the two behind him, he got ready to shoot them before dealing with Hao Ge.

Now the room was in mess. With the two stupid cops hesitating to shoot Mr Yumaa, their role was threatened.

"Hao Ge!" The shout was loud enough to wake the dead from purgatory. This was the only chance he had to silence all the leaked blurb.

Recently, Mr Yumaa failed to fulfil the old Miss Gindi's request and instead corporate with Xie Yu to finish off the Gindi.

He had no regrets about his decision, despite being taken care of by the Gindi. For Xie Yu, she had discovered her parent's death was caused by Gindi and his wife Miss Su.

After years of being taken in as an orphan, educated and made into a public figure and more so a great business lady, Xie Yu realised her parents had threatened to expose the Gindi to the world.

It had been a long story, now the Gindi had no option left but to bury the evidence with the annoying couple. Though they had not done the act, they had sent the Kolagi to finish off the Yu.

Xie Yu knew Gindi was the person funding the terror group. Later she was astonished to know that the Kolagi was an organisation created by the Gindi. The reasons had all been buried with the Yu.

Mr Yumaa pulled if the white sheets to reveal the person laying under but his eyes instead grew in bewilderment.

"Who are you!" He asked shockingly. Now he had his gun out, the act aside as he realised he did been played.

The person under the sheets was not Hao Ge but a hidden head in a helmet.

"Who did you expect?" The person under the helmet sat upright to ask.

'Murder! How now?' Xie Yu's sobbed. Her voice was clear from the front of the door. No one knew Xie Yu had strong feelings towards Bryan till now.

"Aunt Xie Yu?" "Maeia tried calling out to her aunt.

The way the morning was going on, just made Mae's heart heavy as she felt the burden and pain of losing her lover. She thought if what may happen if the judges sentence him behind bars for life?

These thoughts tormented her. Now Mae leaned on the closed door as she wanted to make her aunt Xie Yu relax. She had to stop her from crying over the situation.

" Make?" Mrs Yumaa walked up to her and gave the beautiful youth a consoling hug.

"There is nothing to fear about." Mrs Yumaa spoke calmly. She was the person who had confided Bryan to accept arrest and charges. Her husband too was to the least shocked by the situation.

'Just murder of one person! Again Prince Ge!' Mr Yumaa had mocked the inspector earlier. To Mr Yumaa, the Gindi were indomitable, powerful and ethical. Bryan being arrested was nothing more than just a life experience all boys should go through.

Mrs Yumaa hugged the girl loosely as she let her cry. She had to leave for the station too, to give back her hope that Bryan will be just fine.

"Let you aunty rest."Mrs Yumaa repeated as Mae agreed to drop the feelings and instead try focusing on something optimistic.

" Bryan won't have done that if not for William's threat." Mae talked to Mrs Yumaa back in the living room.

Mrs Yumaa knew this, she knew inspector Joe Ken will do his best to get an understanding lawyer, again one who will be able to save Bryan from this completely.

"There isn't a thing to worry about." Mrs Yumaa finally said as she pulled on a weird smile.

She knew what death meant, especially when you feel it after can induce it. Self, a woman who had no option but to kill during life situations knew of the pleasure and horrors of the act.

It was devilish and scary, but once your hands are covered in blood, you will require cleansing at least the evil spirits led you into more of these terrible acts.

"I'm going to leave for the station. I will be back soon." Mrs Yumaa announced as Abi walked into the room dulling.

"Can I come along?" Mae begged. She too wanted to check on Bryan. She already missed him so bad. How was she going to sleep with her lover locked in a cell?

"Is best you remain to keep aunt Xie Yu company. I will be back as soon as I can." Mrs Yumaa promised as she excused herself. She had to hurry to be sure inspector Joe Ken was on their side.

The moment she left, Xie Yu walked out of the bathroom. Her face was pink in emotion as she sat next to Maeia.

"Bryan is a tough guy. He will make it." Aunt Xie Yu spoke as if she was meaning that Bryan would fail or rot in jail. Her talks just added sorrow to Mae. Abi listened from near the couches.

'I pray to be fine.' Abi looked just usual. On the outside, though her face was weak with gloom, her voice and judgements were just but like how she was, normal. No one would understand her better than her mother or Bryan who was at a compliment able level of knowing Abi.

"Abi, can you please help me with water?" Aunt Xie Yu looked back from her point as she wrapped her arm around Mae's shoulder and sent Abi on an errand.

"Not a problem." Abi was obedient enough to fetch a glass of water for aunt Xie Yu to watch.

She never drank the water but placed it on the table like an artefact of admiration as she played her fingers around the glass, not lifting it to her mouth.

"Is there anything edible?" She inquired.

"Yeah. I can prepare anything aunty." Abi replied with a smile as Xie Yu seemed to think of what she needed. She was not hungry at the moment, but she had to get Abi out of her sight.

"I would prefer a cup of chocolate." She finally said as Abi turned down her order.

"Aunty Xie Yu? There is no more chocolate left." Abi did say as she volunteered to prepare tea instead.

"That won't be bad. Is ok." Xie Yu agreed as Abi left for the kitchen.

"I'm going to help her. We need to prepare dinner early Aunty Xie." Mae who fidgeted wanted to help Abi out with the dishes or floor.

"Let her prepare. It's not much of work." Aunt Xie Yu wanted to poison her niece's brain with vileness but it turned out useless.

"You will both do it when Mrs Yumaa will be back." Xie Yua had to accept in the end.

"Maeia," Xie Yu made it right. "You should help Abi out when Bryan is back."

Mae knew her aunt was reasoning and so she didn't pull on any more resistance.

"Mae, I need to speak with you alone outside." Xie Yu requested.

"Ok. Aunty." Mae won't refuse or grumble. Not against Xie Yu who had turned into her Godmother.
