Xuanqing was completely shocked,

He was not ready enough to lead this castle and now he needs to establish his own kingdom.

Xuanqing wondered, if they were able to break the barrier then there has to be someone strong among them.

Xuanqing breathed a sigh of relief as they must be weaker than him.

And After that both of them and a Hundred soldiers marched outside of the Castle Gates with about 20 Archers covering their back.

Xuanqing had turned back into his Dragonoid form and was leading the march untill the wall of the barrier.

All the Forces were shook from the pressure in his voice.

And dropped their weapons.

After hearing that,

most of the low ranking forces turned and ran away with their tails tucked away.

But those who remained were the strongest forces of the storm castle. Each comparable to Reiner, who was a knight commander.

It was a standoff,

The opponent had around a 1000 Warriors in the beginning but now only 50 remained.

And Xuanqing's side had 100 normal soldiers,

20 Archers one knight commander and him.

although they had an advantage in numbers now that most of the forces ran away. Still the opponent had quality soldiers, All around the rank of Commander.

The only people who could counter them were Reiner and Xuanqing.

Seeing him like this it could never be said that he had no talent in leading a faction.

All the Soldiers Went back inside the gates and closed them while keeping guard over the gates.

With that they dashed towards the soldiers,

While the Opponent's side was getting into formation to Defend against the first attack.

And a spiraling beam of blue flames came out from his mouth, destroying everything in it's path . Once it reached the soldiers who were standing 20 meters away it Destroyed almost 18 soldiers while the others were able to barely dodge the attack by abandoning Their equipment and rolling over.

While on Reiner's Side,

He wasted no time to Activate his Sword's Dormant Power.

Two Bright White wing grew from his upper back,

His Deep Black hair turned bright Blonde and his sharp red eyes turned Blue with a slight hint of red.

He held his sword Tightly with both hands and swung it towards the Opponents,

Releasing a Bright yellow Aura blade with almost 5 meters in length.

eliminating 9/10 soldiers.

Now he only has to fight one on one with The opposing enemy.

back at Xuanqing's side,

He had already shed the Blood Of 18 high rank soldiers and was now ready to use his new technique.

[Blood Control]

All the Blood that was shed on the battlefield rose up in the air,

Condensed itself into smaller spheres and at a flick of his hand all the droplets of blood came to him and formed a bigger sphere of blood .

He then Split the Sphere but this time it was not in the form of droplets instead it was in the form of daggers.

About a hundred and fifty daggers were formed from the blood and we're ready to launch themselves at his signal.

The Soldiers Took the Somewhat Remaining Shields that were left after the initial attack and One of the soldiers used his Fire Natured Aura to combine them and Created a makeshift Alloy barrier.

He Did an signal to advance,

and all one hundred and fifty daggers burst forward towards the soldiers,

They were terrified of his power and were hoping to get out of it safely.

The Daggers were rushing forward,

The sounds of wind being cut and swish sounds were loud enough to strike the fear of sudden death into the hearts of opponents.

In a minute or so,

The Daggers pierced though their shield and killed them all and used their blood and the daggers to recreate the blood sphere.

After cleaning up after the mess and storing the obtained blood into the newly formed subspace he turned towards Reiner,

Both Reiner and his Opponent were at a standoff...Both of them had wounds all over their bodies and we're visibly worn out.

Xuanqing casually walked towards them and addressed the opposing knight with both honor and superiority.

The knight had Deep blue hair and dark emerald eyes, his body was muscular and covered in blood.

The Knight saw that he was abandoned,

Most of his trusted soldiers ran away and his lord had always treated him like he was a disposable pawn.

He immediately Nodded in Agreement but had a condition.

"I will join you, But please Save my family from the Storm Castle Lord, Baron squall."

<{Okay....I will save them}>

<{For Now, Come inside.}>

After that The gates Opened up and The three of them got inside the castle.

<{Soldiers! Get Commander Forbers to the medical bay immediately!}>

At his one command, Soldiers rushed over and carried their commander Forbers to the Medical bay.

But one of them stayed back and asked if he could get the opposing Warrior the Medical bay.

<{Once I am done checking whether he has some ulterior motives about the castle or not, I'll personally send him to either the medical bay or make him experience Hell.}>

Saying that, He took the knight back to his room for interrogation.

"Why have you brought me here sir?"

The knight asked calmly.

Before Xuanqing spoke,

Four Chains made of blood came out of nowhere and bound him.

He said as he held a blood Dagger against the Knight's throat.

"I'll say.... I'll say."

"I'll surrender my Origin Core to you, once it changes color it would mean that I am lying."

Saying that, the Knight Had his left hand released and placed his palm over his upper abdomen.

Some blue greenish smoke was seen rising from his upper abdomen towards his palm until finally a blue greenish orb came out and was caught in his hand.

"Take it lord"

The knight was looking weak as if something that makes up his being, his existence was missing.

Xuanqing reached out to him and took the orb.

Afterwards he released the knight from the binds.

<{Now tell me, about everything I asked and even if it doesn't change colors. If I feel that you're telling a lie I'll smash your Origin Core right that instant.}>

"Okay I'll answer truthfully."

The knight was unshaken from this statement.
