You talk too much

Gabi sat on the guest bed, her mind swirling with countless thoughts. "It's crazy how I was born as one of the weakest sorcerers and now Ms. Bushida and Mr. Kenji are saying my curse ability is rare and powerful. And in the morning I will get half of my curse energy sealed away or else the rest of the jujutsu sorcerers will hunt me down and slaughter me. But if I go through with Kenji sealing half of my curse energy it's still a high possibility of me being paralyzed or I will die. Welcome to the disastrous life of Gabimaru Gojo," The boy was lost in thought, trying to make sense of how his life had suddenly transformed in just one day.

Gabi's only coping mechanism in this situation is to laugh at himself, rather than succumbing to tears and curling up into a ball. Little did he know, someone was listening outside his door, overhearing his muffled mutterings.

Aiko pov

(I feel powerless right now. I know tomorrow will be fine because I have confidence that Kenji will pull off a crazy miracle to seal his curse energy. But I can't find the words to confront Gabi. He has been through so much ever since he was younger until now and all I could do before was constantly tell him to be strong, life would get better but I fear one day all my comfort pet talk would be useless and he would go down a path that even I can't save him. I hope as time goes by he will find people who would love him.)

Gabi pov

As Gabi's mind sank into negativity, his eyes grew heavy and darkness enveloped him. But it would be soon that he discovered if his actions were a mistake or not. After Aiko heard Gabi's breathing even out, she returned to her own room, thinking he had managed to calm his nerves. Little did she know, Gabi was still battling against nightmares in his sleep.

In his deep slumber, he faces his mother whom he had murdered earlier. " Look at the dreadful abomination getting some rest." Mrs. Gojo taunts the fragile Gabi.

"Why do you look so feeble? Didn't know you would see me again, boy." she continued to scare the poor boy.

Gabimaru hunched over, avoiding the piercing gaze of his mother. With every word she spoke, the temperature seemed to drop lower and the atmosphere grew darker. Helpless and overwhelmed, Gabimaru could only sit there, tears streaming down his face as he begged for it all to stop. He was so consumed by his distress that he didn't even notice when his mother's voice changed to someone else's.

" Can't believe a mere frail boy is blessed with this remarkable curse." A forceful voice caught the shaky boy's attention.

As Gabi's head lifts, his eyes are met with a stunning figure in a black bodycon dress adorned with vibrant red flowers. Her flawless complexion and perfectly styled hair make her look like a goddess among mere mortals. Despite searching for any flaws, he can't seem to find one in her ethereal beauty.

"Wh… who are … you..you?" Gabi's tongue becomes tangled as he stutters, clearly confused by the current situation.

" I am you. " The goddess flashed a smirk that oozed with confidence, but Gabi was still feeling bewildered.

" How are you me when you're a female?" this question pissed off the woman and wiped her smirk away.

" IDIOT, I'm your curse energy physical form." With a deep exhale, she teleported next to Gabi and towered over him. Her face twisted in confusion as she studied his features, trying to make sense of him.

" WHOA, HOW YOU GET HERE THAT FAST?" Gabi's fear dissipated as he was stunned by the woman's display of power. At that moment, he forgot about being in a foreign place and was completely captivated by what he witnessed before him.

"As I said before you brainless worm, I'm your curse physical form, I can do anything in this dreamland place," she informs.

" Curse physical form? Dreamland? What are you talking about?" Gabi has a multitude of questions, but every time he opens his mouth to ask them, the alluring curse seems to become more agitated. As Gabi babbles on and on, the mysterious curse reaches out and places a finger on his lips, silencing him. 

"You talk too much and to answer your mediocre questions, yes I'm the physical form of your curse and the only way I can communicate with you is when you're in slumber. My name is Higanbana Shinigami and your domain expansion is Higanbana Shinigami Garden," she explained with amusement in her tone.

" How am I able to do a domain expansion when there are other sorcerers who have a fair amount of experience and are far stronger than me?" Gabi is still in awe that he can do something that even older sorcerers have not been able to accomplish.

" I don't know about that but if I were to guess you probably push past your limits" Higanbana answers swiftly.

"Oh," that was all Gabi had to say because he was still shocked at what was going on.

" But I'm here to tell you about your curse abilities so pay attention because I'm only going to explain this once," she said with a stern tone.

"When your curse technique is activated you can tell people's lifespan with your eyes when it changes from your normal blue eyes to a red quartz clock eyes. Furthermore, as you can see how you put an end to your bewitching mother her soul will become one with you. To be frank, if you want your shadow army to be big, you will have to dispose of more PEOPLE or curses. But there's a catch to your shadows: you can only get rid of your shadows when you sacrifice them to give you more time with life."

"What do you mean to give me more time with life?"Despite being told to be quiet earlier, Gabi dared to speak up and question the elegant Lady Higanbana.

Higanbana immediately whipped her head around to look directly at Gabi, shooting him a glare that could kill. " Do not disturb me while I'm explaining, questions afterward, brat" You can hear the dominance in her tone.

" Like I was saying before I was rudely interrupted, the shadows you sacrifice will increase your lifespan dimwit. You can also use your shadows to get intel and fight along with you or whatever you want to do with it. Since your curse energy is finally activated the more you train your physical body your strength will increase and you will be indestructible like me hehe hehe," Higanbana admired herself a little too much Gabi thought, "And eventually you can teleport like this," She disappeared from his face and was behind him in a stealth way and tap his shoulder.

" OH MY GOSH !" Gabi was yet again amazed by what Higanbana did.

Higanbana pov

(There is something else that he can do but I will tell him when the time is right. He's just a little brat and knowing this information he might do something stupid.)

 Gabi pov

" So from what you said earlier that whenever I…. I… kill someone they will be a part of me?" Gabi was a little hesitant to ask that question because of what he did to his mother.

" Yes, and you can use them however you like. It's like you are the master and they are your little slaves." the corner of Higanbana's lips curved into a sadistic smirk.

" Oh," Gabi was kinda unsatisfied with that answer.

" Oh? Is that all you have to say?" Higanbana was getting pissed that this boy is not pleased with one of the strongest curse techniques in the world, "You are no fun, Gabimaru." she was walking away making the distance between them bigger by the second.

" Is just that even though my mother is within me …. I just… I just …. Feel empty." his voice kept getting lower and lower.

" Huh, what do you mean by that?" Higanbana stops herself from walking more and faces the boy.

Gabi slowly made eye contact with her and proceeded to say. " I always felt lonely so when you said that they would be part of me I still feel vacant inside," Gabi answered honestly.

Higanbana did her glorious teleport move to see if that would cheer him up but when she saw it didn't she proceeded to say." I'm the other half of you, Gabi if you accept this half of you I promise that vacant feeling will go away because I will always be within you all the time." she lifted his chin to face her. " Stop thinking about the past of how your family mistreated you and focus on now and the future, as together we will destroy anything that comes our way Gabimaru. "As their conversation came to an end, she leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on his forehead. After that moment, Gabi's eyes flew open, taking in the bright sunlight pouring into his vision.

" Always with me huh? I will like that Higanbana." Gabi talks under his breath.
