The alarm clock started to ring making Gabi groan at hearing the clock setting off in his ear to wake him up for morning training. Gabimaru rubs his tired eyes and gets up from the bed to get ready for morning training.

( Training is my main priority to get stronger since I only have half my curse energy within me.)

Once Gabi came out of his room he was greeted by a box outside his door "Mhm? What's this?" he questioned himself.

He brought the box to his dorm room and placed it on his desk. When he opened it he saw his school uniform it was a simply dark navy blue button-down sweater with dark navy blue slacks.

( Ugh disgusting. I bet this was Ms. Bushdia's idea.)

Gabi quickly placed the uniform back inside the box and went to do his training in the training field.

When Gabi reached the training field he didn't waste any time and dive right into his workout. He meditated for 10 minutes to get into his inner zen then he followed that up with 150 bridges, 150 bicycle crunches, 150 pushups, 150 burpees, and 150 squats, and finished it off by jogging around the enormous Tokyo Jujutsu High School. While he was jogging he felt a presence easing up on him. Gabi went into defense mode and quickly grabbed the figure that was behind him and was about to slam them down on the concrete ground but the figure surprised Gabi by wrapping their legs wrapped around his neck causing him to fall on the ground along with them.

" Ouch!" Gabi shouted and used his free hands to smack the person on top of him but the area he was constantly smacking felt squishy and soft.

( Huh? Am I hitting a huge soft sponge?)

The figure grabbed his hand "You pervert." she spoke with venom in her voice and was about to rip his arm out of his arm socket.

( Wait, that voice sounds familiar… is that ma…)

" OW!" Gabimaru screamed out loud when he felt his bone was becoming loose in his socket.

Suddenly the girl let go of his arm and got up to dust the dirt that was on her clothes leaving poor Gabi on the ground readjusting his arm in his socket.

Her beautiful cold eyes stared deep into Gabi's eyes with disgust on her face " I should have finished what I started and yanked that arm of ours off your body. The arm that molested me."

Gabi's eyes bulge wide open upon hearing her statement, " I didn't molest you. Don't go around saying the word."

She scoffed at the boy, " Saying what? The truth? You grabbed me out of nowhere and attacked me. "

Gabi got up from the ground and pointed at the furious girl," I thought you were going to attack me. I felt someone sneaking up on me and I reacted."

Makima stared at the boy with disbelief, " I always train in the morning and I was on my morning jog." Makima explained.

Gabimaru felt like a complete idiot and was ruffing his hair up to take out his frustration and started to laugh at himself, " I'm a dumbass." Makima didn't say anything and was questioning the boy's character.

Gabi reaches his hand out towards her, " I'm sorry Makima. I apologize for overreacting and I'm sorry for sexually harassing you. I didn't know what I was touching, " Gabi averted his eyes somewhere else because he was embarrassed to look her in the eyes. Makima looked at his hand and slowly reached out to accept his hand

Once Gabi felt her hand on his and quickly looked at the girl and was surprised that she actually accepted his handshake. Both of them locked eyes with each other. Gabi didn't want to say anything to get on her bad side again, waiting for her to make the next move in the conversation. She let go of his hold and faced her back toward him "Let's continue our jog," she softly said but Gabi still heard her and both of them continued their quiet morning workout before the rest of the students woke up.

( she's strange but she doesn't seem like a bad person.)

When they were finished with their workout some students and staff began walking around the area. Gabi laid his back on the ground with his arms and legs spread out feeling the sun beaming on his skin while having the cold water in his bottle falling on him to refresh himself from the tiring workout he completed. On the other hand, Makima was on the bench with her left leg over her right leg enjoying the sun on his skin and elegantly drinking her water, unlike her teammate who looked like a barbarian.

" Is that my beautiful Makima," a teenage boy came up to say hello to the robotic girl. Makima as usually ignores the guy and still sipping on her water minding her business.

When the guy closed the distance between him and her and once he was close up to her, he saw Gabimaru on the ground next to her, "You are new around here," the boy looked down at Gabi. Gabimaru sat up to see the boy clearly because the sunshine was blocking his vision.

Gabimaru meets eyes with a boy who has short dark hair thin eyebrows with wide eyes. "My name is Gabimaru Bushdia," Gabimaru introduced himself to the boy.

The teenager smiled at Gabimaru and reached his hand towards him and Gabi accepted it, "My name is Yu Haibara, and welcome to Jujutsu High," Yu smiled brightly at Gabi.

( Even though he's showing off his shiny smile I kinda feel off about his character.)

The two boys broke off the handshake, " It's great to be here, " Gabi said to the boy.

Yu sat on the bench next to Makima, "Yes it is because Makima is here, " Yu batted his big eyes showing his love towards the girl.

Makima didn't pay him any mind and looked in the opposite direction away from him. Gabi scratched his nape, " You guys are a weird couple."

" Yes, we are!"

" No"

Makima glared at Gabi with her cold eyes while Yu was smiling like a little kid.

( That's awkward. I don't know what to say. I thought they were dating, I don't have experience with this.)

" So what were you guys doing before I came along ?" Yu broke the awkward silence.

( Thank the heavens. Seeing that girl's deadly eyes aiming towards me felt horrible .)

" Training, " Gabi answered the boy, and the boy's mouth agape from being shocked by what Gabimaru said.

( Did I say something wrong? I don't know how to communicate right with other people. )

Yu faced the quiet girl, " You were training with someone? What have you done to the Makima that I know? " Gabi furrowed his eyebrows in confusion not understanding what was going on.

( Am I missing something here?)

Makima shrugged her shoulders at the stunned boy, " He doesn't annoy me like the rest of you."

( I don't? Every encounter we have always felt hostile.)

Yu got up from the bench and stood in front of Gabi. The big smile that was on his face a second ago turned into a plain expression.

( What is he doing?)

Yu dropped to his knees and bowed towards Gabi with his head on the ground and when finally faced his face towards the confused boy, "Teach me your ways, senpai! make her love me !" Yu started to shed light tears with pleading eyes while having blood dripping from his nose.

( Huh?)

Makima got up from the bench, " I'm leaving, " She was embarrassed to be sharing the same air with Yu.

" What rank are you?!" yu shouted out loud.

Gabi showed his student ID because he doesn't know what rank he is. Hopefully, Yu would explain to him. When Yu snatched the ID from Gabi he saw it said grade 4.

" Even though I outrank you, you're still my senior for making Makima fall for me," Yu said out loud and this made Makima stop walking.

( Make her fall for you? I don't even know how to act casual with her.)

" What's his rank ?" Makima questioned the dramatic boy.

Yu focuses his sights on Makima and you can see the love in his gaze, " He's grade 4th."

Makima stood there flabbergasted hearing Gabi rank, " If he's grade 4th how the hell did he grab me up and almost slam my body on the ground. If I didn't stop him he would have damaged me real good. He was so fast, and powerful." she mumbles to herself making sure the two wouldn't hear her.
