Mizuki would be spending his second night in this world, and upon returning home, he experienced a feeling of loneliness. In addition, he felt homesick and alienated because of this strange environment.
"I have to deal with my own problems right now," Mizuki looked at the horrible tattoo-like pattern on his arms and turned on the shower in the bathroom. Was the mark on him indeed a curse or could it be one of those hax people got when they crossed over.
In the original show, Mizuki didn't use Orochimaru's curse mark, was it because he was aware of the risks? It was an inactive half-finished product, but that didn't mean he couldn't access it in the future. There was a significant difference between the curse mark he had and the ones that Kimimaro and Sasuke got. They had a second level to their transformation as long as they didn't overdraft themselves, the side effects were negligible. In comparison, his mark was ass, and he could end up killing himself after just one use.
Apart from forcibly stimulating and suppressing it, the only way to offset the damage would be to gain extraordinary vitality and recovery ability. That shouldn't be hard as he was in the ninja world. There was the Uzumaki, the Senjus, techniques like sage mode, and a myriad of other bloodlines with a strong vitality. It was just a matter of getting his hands on them. Then he could do like Danzo and transplant the cells into his body. What's more, if he got some Hashirama cells then all of this wouldn't be an issue. Adding to the recovery ability he might also get Wood Release.
Unfortunately, those methods couldn't be counted on, they were completely unreliable.
"it's basically a ticking time bomb, if I don't use Orochimaru's method then it might end up exploding but if I used it the consequence weren't something I'd want to risk, I have to find a way to fix this"
I wiped the mist from the mirror and took what might be my first clear look at my new self. I genuinely changed. I barely even looked like the Mizuki from the show. I'd look even better with glasses, but then I'd start looking like Kabuto.
…
After taking a bath Mizuki went and laid down on the bed. He couldn't help but stretch out since the bed was so comfortable. Compared to yesterday, it was different. He had time to actually rest. He took out a book and gave it a quick glance. "Icha Icha Paradise should I read this?"
This book was an adventure story centered around a hero, who went around fighting a bunch of villains and doing some other things we won't speak about.
Mizuki ended up throwing the book aside. Leaning back on the bed, stretched out his left hand, and circulated his chakra, a light blue aura lit around his palm.
'Chakra is an inexplicable existence, this energy ended up creating everything huh? it's honestly a puzzling thing.'
There is a saying in my past life that describes this world so well "No matter how big a cake is, it's no bigger than the pot in which it is baked." Due to the circumstances of their world, the people here treated chakra as something common. That was the difference between them and me. Their thought process was already limited; they had set boundaries to what they could do, and that was my greatest advantage. If I really crossed over with a special ability, then the first thing that I'd be wondering about would be the price. The price I paid. There were no free lunches and that applied to every world. If I had one it would imply that I paid a tremendous price for it.
"Chakra, the source of a ninja's power, the main instigator of man's desire for power, the people of this world hunger for power so much that they ignore the one thing they require to satisfy that desire." Mizuki despised all ninjas for this.
According to the legend, the chakra was nonexistent. It all stemmed from Kaguya Otsutsuki. I wonder if that applies only to this world? What Madara had said about the divine tree wasn't credible. At least in terms of its origin. The birth of the divine tree wasn't necessary, especially the creation of the chakra fruit.
{According to his knowledge, in a closed environment, without the influx of "negative entropy," with the continuous increase of entropy, the entire system tends to chaos and destruction. The world ends when the maximum is reached. People die, and the world dies with them. It is incomprehensible that the ninja world would give birth to a fucking tree and bear fruit on its own, and then let Kaguya Otsutsuki eat it. This is not equivalent to making a knife, giving it to an outsider, and hacking it to death. Funny as yourself? Unless the underlying structure of this world is extremely sturdy and huge, and the upper limit of tolerable power is extremely high, at present this extraordinary power is only a normal fluctuation range.} {PR: ian even finna lie to you I just looked and read this shit and my head hurt a little, it's not too bad and you could get what they were trying to say but nah not even gonna try with this one}
But, given the ninja world's thousand-year history, reaching the level of the sage of the six paths was impossible. The plot of the most recent anime adaptation is thus far more credible. The majority of this world has been invaded and plundered by sophisticated outside forces. The means was the divine tree, and the fruit was the result. Kaguya Otsutsuki was a thief, but the purpose of the Sage of the sixth path who sealed Kaguya is unknown. Separating Yin from Yang and dividing them into the five elements was suspicious. Only someone who relied on the power of the Tree would be able to reach the highest level of Yin Yang release. {PR: I don't even know I tried making it make sense}
Even so, this world was extremely chaotic, that's disregarding Indras and Ashura's chakra, which wouldn't disappear even when the possessors died. Then there were people like the second Hokage and the Uzumaki clan, creating shit like the reaper death seal. Not only that there was shit like the rinnegan and the tenseigan. This world had been fucked over and over and over. Just the things mentioned were completely broken. There was no extraordinary power in my past life, the closest thing to it was the transformation of mass into energy, nuclear bombs, and stuff like gravitational wave and quantum entanglement theories. This world on the other hand was completely unpredictable. Like Kakashi said, " Ninjas cannot be measured by common sense." They were just like the world they lived in.
I wonder how chaotic this world would become with my appearance, The butterfly effect still was a thing.
In general, the ninja world is very shady, and every villain wanted to appear as the final boss. The banner of salvation is raised, but only those who live in this world require salvation. What about the world as a whole, no one thinks about it. Some people, such as the Sage of the Six Paths, The Frog, The Snake, and The Slug, may have considered it. That's because they've reached a power surpassing the limits of most of the populace. They all hide behind the scene, rarely appearing, nobody knows what they're planning.
"After all, it is still Chakra, the power derived from the union of body and spirit. Other than the body and spirit, what remains of a person? Haha, it appears that Orochimaru is a true genius."
It's obvious: Chakra is the result of a series of changes on the planet and it gave people the ability to cause drastic changes to this world. To put it bluntly, it shouldn't exist at all, if someone knew the chakra extraction method it'd be deadly. The Sage of the six-path is being used, Indra, Ashura, Madara, Hashurama, Naruto, and Sasuke are also being used. Other unlucky ones include zetsu, the kage's, Jonin's, and chunin's genin, at this point, everyone was being used. Those who weren't able to become ninjas were just cannon fodders.
Mizuki, who was drowsy at the time, couldn't help but chastise, "This fucking world giving everybody something not me" He then rolled over and fell asleep.
…
Mizuki found himself half asleep and half awake at the same time. During this state, colorful bubbles were floating around, causing all sorts of bizarre scenes to appear.
As he approached the bubbles one by one, he felt a slew of emotions that brought back vivid memories. "This was the nervousness and anxiety I felt during the college entrance exam." He made contact with another "This is how I felt when I got the raise at work." He then touched another "This? This is the NIne-Tailed-Fox."
These bubbles appeared to be filled with all of his memories and the emotions they evoked. While wandering through this bubble maze, he felt that even though most of these came from his past life a few belonged to the original Mizuki
Suddenly, there appeared to be movement in the distance. His body drifted over unconsciously as soon as the thought occurred to him, and a figure appeared in the middle of a dense group of bubbles. Its body was curled up, its eyes were blank, and there was an unusual sense of calm around it. It facilitated no response at all, much like a person without a soul, but only a shell. "Impossible? It's Mizuki."
With the sudden surge of emotions there seemed to be a disturbance in this weird space causing Mizuki to sit up gasping for air.
A voice then came from beside him "A nightmare huh? As a ninja you aren't vigilant enough" hearing that he couldn't but turn around to see somebody wearing an Anbu mask standing beside his bed
"The Third Hokage wishes to meet with you."
"I understand; I'll be there in a minute."
I took a look out the window. "It's already light."
'What was that? Could it be the curse mark? These physical and mental changes appear to be manifesting as dreams. But if it wasn't a dream, it means there could be hidden dangers everywhere, not just in my body, but also in my spirit.' Mizuki couldn't help but smile bitterly as he touched the curse mark on his arm.
