Chapter 60

In a dilapidated house along a downtrodden street, a man sat playing cards with a few men who were the same age as him. He was grinning at his wins.

He was definitely on the winning streak of the game. Just a little more and he was going to win big. That would last him for another day or two.

Although he looked like them, his dress was a little sophisticated and he had a touch of someone from the city. His eyes were dancing in joy as he continuously won without much hassle. This wasn't the first time he was gambling.

Maybe they don't know but gambling was his job.

It looked like today wasn't going to be a good day for him because the man whose money he had taken was heaving up in fury. His eyes were fixed on the bunch of money beside the man who was winning. They could not understand how he always won each game.
