Finally hero time

After resting from the long night of fun I went to the lair to train a little.

"Hi Uncle," Zoe said.

"Zoe, have you ever thought of a superhero name?" asked Joe.

"I have some in mind, why?" said Zoe.

"Today is the day you go out and test your skills," Joe replied.

"How about Ice Fury?" asked Zoe lively.

"That name already has an owner in another country," replied Joe.

"Ice storm ?" asked Zoe.

"Better not, there is a hero called Light Storm if you choose that name they can associate you with him" replied Joe.

"But can this cause any problems?" asked Zoe.

"If he does something bad they can associate his name with your" replied Joe.

"How about glacial soldier?" asked Zoe.

"You're not a soldier, you haven't received any military training and I think you have some foreign hero by that name," Joe replied.

"Damn, you don't like any of my hero names," Zoe said dejectedly.

"You need a name that people like, otherwise they can choose a name for you" said Joe.

"What ?" asked Zoe confused.

"Do you remember a hero named Explosive Dynamo?" asked Joe.

"No," replied Zoe.

"But you know the hero everyone calls Blasting Orange," Joe said.

"Yes, why?" asked Zoe confused.

"Explosive Dynamo is Blasting Orange, when he started he used the name Explosive Dinamo but because of the weird orange costume and him being very annoying the population of the city he protected put the nickname Blasting Orange. The nickname became more famous than his hero name, in the end no one called him Explosive Dynamo" replied Joe.

"Did that really happen?" asked Zoe.

"Yes, there are several cases of this happening, many of these heroes end up giving up because of ridiculous names that the population gives them" replied Joe laughing.

"I guess I better think it over," Zoe said.

"Get dressed in your uniform and stand in front of the mirror, eventually you'll find your hero name, but remember that tonight we're going out on your first adventure" Joe said.

That night, when my mother was sleeping, I put on my uniform and went to the lair to leave.

"So you got a name?" asked Joe.

"Ice ray" replied Zoe.

"I don't think there's anyone by that name," Joe said, getting into the car.

"Where are we going ?" asked Zoe getting into the car.

"For Wisconsin, I have information that someone is going to rob a museum," Joe replied.

"It's in another state, there'll be time to get back and forth before my mom wakes up. Do you know what they want to steal?" asked Zoe.

"With my car going to and from other states is very easy, it will take at average speed about 8 minutes. Plus you will protect the Harley-Davidson museum from a dozen criminals, any problem I will be close" replied Joe.

Arriving near the museum I saw that there were some suspicious people, they were approaching the museum in total of 20 people.

"I think I got the number of people wrong," Joe said.

"Don't worry, 12 or 20 criminals doesn't make a difference, I'll get this over with quickly and enjoy the win with pizza at my house," Zoe said as she got out of the car.

As I approached, I saw that everyone was armed and wearing masks.

"Standing over there!" yelled Zoe.

"Who is this idiot?" said one of the criminals.

"You 5 finish her off, the rest take the bikes" said one of the criminals with a bandana tied to his arm.

Zoe freezes the ground causing all the criminals to fall to the ground.

"This is going to be easy," Zoe said.

Some criminals managed to get up and started shooting with their laser guns. I used ice powers to build a barrier to protect myself, then I built a giant rabbit-shaped ice statue and took it down on criminals. Some of them managed to escape, others were unconscious on the ground, I again launched a blast of ice to freeze their weapons, it ended up causing them to explode.

"Who are you?" said the criminal with the bandana on his arm.

"I am Ice ray" replied Zoe as she created a blizzard causing all nearby criminals to be buried.

"Looks like it's over," Zoe said seeing that she didn't have any criminals left standing.
