I'm Misa. A hardcore otaku for the otome isekai genre who was living life inconspicuously as a normal office worker. Everything was in the drains and life sucked in general, but I still had my novels and mangas to delve into, so I was having a great time—that is until I died of an unfortunate truck accident.
Then I got to live the greatest dream that every isekai reader ever has. I got transmigrates into the world of novel that I used to read. Except, it seems like God made a slight error while assigning my role to me. I have now woken up in a man's body and now I've got to deal with all the consequences that comes along with it!

Miscasted

"Are you there yet?" Jerome asked to which I shook my head. "Okay, I see. Continue doing what you're doing right now." He spoke before going all silent.

I could feel him going all restless at that point. However, there was nothing much that I could do at that point other than just do whatever I was doing. I mean, I was not feeling this threshold one bit.

"You know, you can tell me if you feel a bit uncomfortable in the middle of it or anything." He shrugged after staying silent for the longest time.

"I will do that." I had my eyes closed in concentration as I said that. I mean, there was a reason why I didn't call for help. It wasn't uncomfortable for even a minute. Hell, this mana intake seemed like the most natural thing that I did ever since arriving into this world. I don't know why I felt like that, but it was so.
