"I'll stay." The kid spoke for the first time, and thankfully it was for something favorable for me.
Also, it seems like martial arts and fighting are triggers for him, so I need to be looking into it later on. Then again, I got someone by my side who could explain the shit to me, so I believe I'm saved that way.

"This is… something." Maurice mumbled at that point.
"Hmm? What is it?" I turned towards Maurice and asked.
"Well, it's nothing. I just expected him to turn down your offer and leave, you know? And much to my surprise, he actually agreed. That's nice." Maurice spoke.
"Yea, I guess that's nice and all." I muttered before turning my attention back towards the kid. "Hey, kid? You got a name or something?" I asked.
"Raeen. My name is Raeen." He spoke.
