I'm Misa. A hardcore otaku for the otome isekai genre who was living life inconspicuously as a normal office worker. Everything was in the drains and life sucked in general, but I still had my novels and mangas to delve into, so I was having a great time—that is until I died of an unfortunate truck accident.
Then I got to live the greatest dream that every isekai reader ever has. I got transmigrates into the world of novel that I used to read. Except, it seems like God made a slight error while assigning my role to me. I have now woken up in a man's body and now I've got to deal with all the consequences that comes along with it!

Miscasted

"Yea, I shouldn't have started with this conversation." I sighed at that point.

"Nah, its all fine. Don't worry about it." Lav replied.

"Anyhow, I just wanted to say that we got a kid now and I didn't want you to be all misinformed about it. I mean, rumors can be poisonous, you know?" I shrugged.

"Yea, I get it. Also, I hope that you will take good care of our daughter." Lav smiled as she stroked Nini's head.

For some reason, hearing her call Nini our daughter really did melt my heart. I just wish that she would get to do the things that she wants to, man. I mean, that's the only way that we could possibly think about our future together.

"I love you, Lav." I mumbled. I mean, I felt like saying it at that point. It's never a wrong time to profess your love towards the one you adore, you know?

"I love you too." Lav smiled as she gave me a kiss on the cheek.
