Two humans with one stone

Samael clenched his teeth and his muscles stiffened, enduring the pain and heat of the electricity coursing through his nerves.

When the electricity stopped, his body, now numb, sank again and fell prey to the kelp.

Samael struggled to regain his senses and once again free himself from the plants that shackled him.

After about twenty seconds, the kelp loosened its grip once more, and he escaped, though this time slower than before.

His strength had dwindled considerably, but he still persevered until he reached the surface.

Air and freezing water re-entered his lungs. His teeth were chattering from the cold and his breathing had become weaker, even getting his bearings took a little longer.

Kicking and brazing became a difficult task, but his tenacity to continue was to be commended.

"Samael, hold onto it!" Duman's shouts from the shore reached his ears.
