"If that's all, go to the infirmary, and once you two recover, I'm going to need you here to rebuild the prison and throw those inside." Ambrose glanced at the prisoners behind him.

The flames would be under control in about two hours. That would give Essam enough time to partially recover his aether, but it might take a bit longer to rid Lewa of her paralysis, so it was best to give them at least eight hours of rest.

'Peeep'.

A long, soft beep drew Ambrose and his comrades' attention.

Bringing his right hand into his chest pocket, he took out a black, rectangular-shaped device. After pressing the center with his thumb, the screen lit up.

Among the multiple messages on the screen, Ambrose clicked on the last one he had received, and a dialog box was projected in front of him.
