Chapter 6: Make a Village

Walking back home, I finally arrived as Mikoto waits for me at the gate.

" Mother, why are you waiting at the gate? You should rest. " I said as I escort her back to the house.

" I just want to see you and I didn't wait that long. Don't worry about me but you should worry about yourself. Look, Naruto had a fiance already while you still don't have one. Sigh, when can you have a Girlfriend " Mikoto said, pitying me.

" Mother, as I've said before there's no girl that can catch my eye. Some girls just want my look and I don't want that, I want them to know what I truly am. You know, personality and such. " We continued our conversation about love life as it led to the love story of Fugaku and Mikoto.

" You know, back in the day when your Father and I were young. We fight a lot and tease that in some way, we unknowingly can't stand if we separate. Sigh, you should do the same. Who knows, you might get a beauty. " Mikoto teased and chuckled.

" Alright, alright. Mother, I have something important to tell Father and it would be good if the Elders are there too. It is for the prosperity of our Uchiha Clan. Let's go and talk later about your love story with Father " I said as Mikoto nodded, getting serious from sensing the importance of the topic.

Arriving at the house, I talked to Fugaku about my plans for the Uchiha Clan and needed the Uchiha Elders to be present.

Minutes later, at the room where important meetings occurred. I saw a lot of Elders and some are younger, I even saw Itachi sitting at one of the Elders sit. It means that he got a position to be equal to these Elders.

" Clan Head, what is it this time that all of the Elders are present here in this meeting. " Clan Elder 1 said. Instead of Fugaku answering, I take his place in answering his question.

" Clan Elder, I am Sasuke Uchiha, Son of the Clan Head, The Younger Brother of the Genius, Itachi Uchiha, The Mad Destroyer that has a bounty of 10 Billion Ryo. I am here to tell you all that I want the Uchiha Clan to be a separate force. I want the Uchiha Clan to build own Village instead of being in Konoha. I know that it is absurd to spout such nonsense but if you had just 10 percent of my power. You can do anything by building your village " I said, making the Clan Elders pique their interest.

The Clan Elders looked at Fugaku for confirmation which he nodded as he let me continue on this topic.

" I see, but to build our village we need a Daimyo to keep up the businesses as they are rich and can help us build the village with their finance " Clan Elder 2 said.

" Oh, we don't need to worry about that since for the past years I was gone, I created much successful business. Even the Konoha can't be compared to my wealth, you should know a couple of my Companies. Like SU Chakra Paper Company which creates everything related to Chakra Paper, SU Hospital which is known throughout the world, and many more that has SU in it. That's all the businesses I created. " I smirked as I showed them my bank account, a black gold card that my SU Bank created. This is the highest level card that can be acquired if your wealth reaches 100 Billion Ryo.

" What do you think, Clan Elders? Are you up to my plan of creating an Independent Village? " With just my card, they immediately agreed to my plans. Even my parents are not against the plan of creating a village.

" Good, then I should go to the Hokage Tower and tell them about this. Even if they don't allow us to do it and treat us as a traitor, what can they do about it? With just me in this Clan, no one can defeat us. " I said as the Clan Elders laugh loudly. Thankfully, I sealed this place with a Noise Cancelling Seal.

Morning arrived, An ANBU was in front of our clan and he seems to have a goal for coming here.

" What can I do for you, ANBU san? " I asked the ANBU guy.

" Are you Sasuke Uchiha? 3rd Hokage ordered me to bring you to meet him with Fugaku, the Clan Head. That's all " The ANBU body flickered away upon finishing the task.

" What a stroke of good luck, he wants to meet me huh? I shouldn't bring Father into this since we will leave this village at noon. " I muttered as I used my Vanishing Flicker, immediately arriving at the Hokage Tower.

I looked at the attendant and told her that I have an appointment with the Hokage. She let me pass upon knowing who I was. I walked towards the room where Hiruzen was. I knocked at the door as a voice was heard inside, letting me in.

" Greetings, 3rd Hokage. An ANBU told me that you need me? What is it?" I asked.

" Hmm, So you are Sasuke Uchiha? From the looks of it, you are not in the time that want a useless talk. I have a proposal for you. Join the ANBU, Sasuke " Hiruzen said. Serious about his proposal.

" Sorry to burst your bubble Hokage sama but I can't. I am also here to tell you that the Uchiha Clan had decided that we will build our Village and hopefully, create a Friendly Relationship between Villages. We also don't take no in your answer, you allow it or not we will still be leaving this village " I said, making Hiruzen baffled but didn't let it cloud his judgement.

" Are you sure about that, Sasuke? Does the clan allow you to spout this nonsense? " Hiruzen said, a little angry and nervous about losing a formidable ally.

" We are sure of our decision, Hokage sama and it's been decided that we will depart this afternoon. I shall go now as I haven't eaten my breakfast yet " I said as I disappeared out of his sight, shocking him.

' That kid has already reached that level!? Then, it's better to let them go than make them an enemy as I can't even see him use any jutsu and he just vanishes in front of me ' Hiruzen thought.

Noon arrived, the time when the Uchiha Clan finally decided to leave this unfair village. The officials wait at the gate and even Naruto, Minato, Kushina, Shino, and his family were there. Waiting for the Uchiha Clan.

I looked at them and said to Naruto.

" Become a Hokage, Naruto. Achieve your dream and become the best Hokage in History " I said as I pat his shoulder.

" Heh, don't worry Sasuke. I will achieve it. I will visit you when the village you created is finished. " Naruto smiled.

" Then, you're in luck because you can visit our village in two days. Goodbye guys and kids, be good to your Father okay? " I said as we finally went outside to start our new Adventure.

After days of traveling, I received a new mission to create a village. We decided to create a village 200km away from Konoha and finally arrived. I looked at the vast plain full of animals and plants. A forest in the East and an Ocean in the North. I did my work and create a massive wall, spanning a 90 km circle with 4 gates from east, west, south, and north. The wall had a height of 3km and a width of 850 meters.

As for the inside, I separated the Entertainment Place to the North East, Residents at the North West, School and the Food Store at the South West, and the training ground at the South East.

Thus, the Village that houses the Gods of Shinobi has been born officially, name Uchigakure Village. A village where the founder is the Uchiha Clan.

Months had passed, many things had happened and I was appointed as the First Yahikage of the village. Which is taking the first two letters of Yami which is Dark in English and the first two letters of Hikari which mean Light.

Being a Yahikage is not that hard if you can summon clones, I kept summoning clones to do their thing while I kept watching the progress of the village. Also, Naruto and his Family kept visiting us. Even Shino opened a branch here in Uchigakure with his family while Teuchi stays at Konoha.

Overall, the Uchigakure is progressing well in my stead. The reward I got from creating the village was a snake that eats its tail. An Ouroboros is a snake or a serpent that represents Destruction and Rebirth. This reward resides in my soul and I can use its power of Destruction and Rebirth.
