The Misunderstanding

Jody quickly followed Zev. She immediately went up to the second floor and followed her boyfriend, but when she grabbed the door handle to his room, the door was locked, which he didn't usually do. Confused, Jody knocked on the door.

"Love...love, what happened? Why did you leave all of a sudden? Love, let's talk, please?"

No matter how hard Jody knocked on Zev's room, he wouldn't open the door. Jody looked at Liza and Loel, who was standing near the stairs. Jody didn't let the two get any closer to Zev's room.

"What happened?" asked Loel.

"I don't know. Zev's room is locked, which he doesn't do." Jody glanced at Loel. "Did I do something? Did I do something wrong?"

"Maybe he's jealous," Loel said.

"Jealous?" Jody asked in surprise. "Don't tell me he got jealous when I cared for you."

Loel just shrugged and didn't answer. Jody took a deep breath. "It's up to him. I didn't do anything wrong to make him jealous and act like that."
