Jayr POV - Dragon Ball Universe, Neutral Space, Nameless Planet - Age 779

Shortly after the referee's announcement, the spectators from Universe 7 started loudly celebrate, at the same time, Goku walks up to Hit who is still lying on the ground before he offers his hand to him and says with a grin on his face, "It was a great battle! But, because of the rules, you were not able to fight at your full strength, right?"

In response to those words, Fuwa, the Supreme Kai of Univer 6, realizes, "H-Hit is an assassin. The rule about not killing forces him to hold his power back." which makes Old Supreme Kai comment, "I see. Those killing techniques are where Hit's true power lies."

Then Goku continues, "If you weren't holdin' yourself back, that last move might've done me in, isn't it?" before he scratches the back of his head and says, "Sorry I took so long noticin'. After all, I was too wrapped up in the fight. I'd love to fight you again and the next time it will be without any limitation."

Hearing that, Hit takes a look at Goku and asks, "Aren't you afraid of dying?" but Goku grins and says, "You aren't goin' to hit me next time." which makes Hit also smile before he takes Goku's hand and stands up with his help.

Shortly after that, Goku powers donw and as soon as he deactivates his transformation, his body begins to severely convulse because of the after effects of the combination of Super Saiyan Blue and Kaio-ken and he collapses to the ground making a concerned referee rush over and ask, "Are you okay?"

In response, Goku chuckles weakly before he grunts in pain and replies, "I... don't think so..."

Cell quickly jumps down from the platform and arrives at Goku'side as he mutters, "Geez. You are always so reckless... It's a miracle that you didn't die more times than Krillin." making Goku weakly say, "Sorry." before Cell picks him up and carries him back to the platform of Team Universe 7 where he is immediately praised and welcomed back by Beerus and the others.

At the same time, Hit flies back to Team Universe 6's platform and tells Champa, "I don't need the Cube anymore. Hurry and take me home."

But Champa is incredibly angry about the result and says as he gathers an incredibly destructive Ki in his hand, "If that was a joke, it's not a funny one."

Seeing that, Hit sighs and plainly says, "I assumed it would come to this." which makes Champa snort before he says, "For ignoring my orders so many times, and for losing the final match because of that, there's no way I'm letting you go home alive."

At this point, Cabba steps forward and tries to plead, "Champa-sam, please stop." but Champa points another destructive Ki at him with his other hand and yells, "The same goes for you, too! Every single one of you brought shame upon me. I'll destroy you all at the same time!"

Goku notices this as he prepares to make a move while exclaiming, "This ain't good!" but Beerus stops him, "Son Goku. You're in no position to interfere."

Hearing that, Goku tries to convince him, "E-Even so... Beerus-sama." but Before ignores him and says, "You guys did rather well, I suppose. I'll praise you for that. But the competition is over now. Your time in the spotlight has come to an end."

That is quickly followed by his brother and fellow God of Destruction who agrees and says, "Exactly. From here on out, we're back to being in charge of everything! Do you get it? We're the ones who make the rules, and you're the ones who quietly follow them! Hahaha!"

Then Beerus adds, "Though, if you'd like to change the rules, you're welcome to fight a God of Destruction."

At this point, Patamon asks, "Jayr, shouldn't we make a move now?" but I shake my head and say, "There is no need. The other hidden spectator is going to make his appearance at any moment. We will make our appearance shortly after. After all, I'm quite curious about their reaction."

While I'm saying that, the hidden spectator finally appears in the middle of the ring and Vados tries to get Champa's attention, "Champa-sama..." but Champa is too caught up in the moment and ignores her.

"That's how it is! Hehehe. Time Skip, Super Saiyan... Use whatever tricks you like!"

"Champa-sama..."

"I'll destroy all of you! I'll make you realize just how terrifying a God of Destruction can be!"

"Champa-sama!"

Finally Champa take notice of Vados and irritated he turns his head in her direction and yells, "What is it!?"

In response, Vados simply points at the guests standing in the middle of the ring, and when Champa notices them he becomes incredibly frazzled by them.

Whis does the exact same thing for his God of Destruction, and Beerus reacts in the exact same way as his brother, something that catches the attention of everyone else, especially Goku who asks, "Who's that?"

At this point, both Beerus and Champa look extremely shocked and scared the presence of the beings that appeared in the middle of the ring, an enourmous contrast to their previous almost unhiged arrogance.

"H-Hey... this can't be happening!"

"T-There... T-That person is..."

""ZENO-SAMA!!""

I take advantage of their moment of shock to take a closer look at the being that stands at the absolute top of this universe, the supreme ruler of all the Dragon Ball Multiverse and its most powerful being, Zeno.

Zeno is very short and small, with a rather large oval-shaped head and the typical blank expression on his face. 

He primarily has sky blue skin, except for two sections from his ears to the middle of each eye on both sides of his head, which are purple, he also has small round eyes, and small rounded grey "ears". 

His main attire is a magenta and yellow lined coat, with yellow pants and magenta shoes. 

He wears a black and white shirt underneath, with the kanji for "all" (全) on the front.

Looking at him through not only my eyes but also through my Cosmic Awareness and my Divinity as God of Justice, I can't help but be impressed and at the same time realize, 'No soul, and no sin... Ah! So that's how it is...! He can indeed be considered the strongest being of the Dragon Ball Universe, but not because he is a powerful being or fighter. Rather, the reason why he can be considered the strongest being is because of his "Supreme Authority." His name in some way clearly reveals this fact, Zeno, King of All. He isn't even a real living being, to begin with, he is simply the physical manifestation of the whole Dragon Ball Multiverse's Will. That's why his "Erase" can erase anything from existence, seemingly including those with immortality granted by the Super Dragon Balls. The reason why this "technique" is seemingly absolute to the point that it can erase an entire reality as the Time Ring representing Future Trunks' world was shattered upon the parallel dimension's elimination is that Zeno is actually the Dragon Ball Multiverse itself. As long as something originates from the Dragon Ball Multiverse it will inevitably fall within his Authority and thus can be erased at his absolute discretion.' 

Then I start to think about what I know about him from the anime and manga, and understand, 'This also explains why despite his apparent child-like innocence, Zeno seems to have a general indifference about life, as well as all other things within the multiverse, having destroyed six of the eighteen universes simply to get rid of what he felt were too many universes. Even more, this indifference seems to extend to the gods themselves, seemingly rendering him a remorseless being to his "peers." In spite of all this, Zeno also showed wisdom worthy of supreme beings, as the Grand Minister revealed that both of them intended the tournament prize, the wish of the Super Dragon Balls, to be used for an incredible virtuous act. But if the wish was to be an egotistical one, all existence would have been erased, including the exempt universes as that would have meant that the winning universe was no better than the erased ones and that the exempt were no more worthy of existing than the others. At the same time, Zeno is also shown to be flexible, tolerant, and even willing to change his mind about his previous decisions on occasion. For example, he accepted Bergamo's proposal to rescind universal destruction where he won against Goku, despite his earlier decision. He condoned Top's challenge to Goku as an additional fourth match to be witnessed, despite the end of the Zeno Expo. All these contrasting traits can be explained since Zeno is the Will of the Dragon Ball Universe itself.'

Looking at Zeno's innocent figure, I can't help but come to one simple conclusion, 'I can't judge him for the universes he erased and the trillions of lives he snuffed out. He is simply the physical manifestation of the Will of this Universe and as such he isn't guilty of anything. Even if I don't like his act of erasing those universes on what can be considered a whim, I can't judge those actions as evil because it is exactly like blaming an earthquake, a typhoon, a volcanic eruption, or any other natural disaster for taking countless lives. It isn't a malicious act, but simply the way it is. Zeno as Will of the Universe gave life to all the zillions of beings living across the Dragon Ball Multiverse and at the same time, took just as many whenever he felt like. Since that is the case, the best way to act around him is, to be honest and genuine like Goku and try to keep him entertained enough so that he doesn't think about erasing some other universes.' 

While quickly coming to that conclusion, I also take a moment to take a closer look at the attendants standing behind Zeno.

All attendants share the same appearance, they are tall and cyan-skinned individuals that wear large high collared purple jackets with golden lining, buttons and shoulders that cover their face. 

Underneath, they appear to wear a sectioned grey full-body suit, with gold and purple tipped boots. 

At all times they have their arms folded behind their backs, leaving their hands not visible. 

They also wear a long pointy tipped bronze hat, that ends in a silver ball at the top, and like Zeno with his typical blank expression on his face, they also typically have very angry and menacing looking eyes.

At the same time as I'm taking a closer look at them, a surprised Goku exclaims, "Zeno?" followed by the Supreme Kai of Universe 7, Shin, who once again shows his incompetence and ignorance as he asks Old Supreme Kai, "Who is he? That child with the subtle-looking face?"

Upset by his question, Old Supreme Kai knocks Shin's head while yelling, "You fool!"

Shortly after that, the startled referee announces, "S-Suddenly an intruder appeared! Who exactly is he!?" but he is then scared by a single glare of Zeno's attendants.

While this is happening, I also hear Vegeta comment, "He appear to be just an ordinary shorty." followed by a curious Piccolo who question, "Just who is he?" but then Cell adds, "Whoever he is, he scares the hell out of both the Gods of Destruction who were so arrogant until just a few moments ago. For sure, he isn't someone to be understimated."

Shortly after Cell says that, a scared and heavily sweating Beerus says, "Zeno-sama. The one who stands on top of all 12 Universes!" shocking all three of them who stare at Zeno's figure with total disbelief on their faces.

At this point, Whis reminds something to the God of Destruction, Beerus by asking, "Is it okay to keep looking down at him from this high spot?" which makes Beerus stand upright before he exclaims, "It's not okay, at all!" before he flies toward the ring followed by Whis.

At the same time, Champ asks, "What is Zeno-sama doing in a place like this!?" before he does the same followed by Vados making a relieved and at the same time confused Cabba asks, "Were we... saved?" which makes Hit reply, "Looks like it."

In a matter of moments, Beerus and Champa land on the ring in front of Zeno before they bow 90° and say in perfect sync, ""Welcome, Zeno-sama!"" to which the short, cute manifestation of this Universe's will energetically reply, "Yeah!"

Shortly after that, Vados and Whis land slightly behind the Gods of Destruction before they casually start a brief conversation with Zeno.

"We haven't seen you for a long time."

"Yeah!"

"Have you been good?"

"Yeah!"

While Beerus and Champa are still bowing and sweating bullets, all the Kai also land on the ring behind them and without any hesitation, they kneel down reverentily.

"Zeno-sama!"

"Well, what can we do for you today?"

At this point, Zeno announces, "I came here because... It was brought to my attention, that today you were doing something arbitratily. Skipping your job of being a God of Destruction, is not a good thing."

Hearing that makes Beerus bows even lower as he says, "I deeply apologize." before Whis and Vados casually reveal all their "griavances" and dark histories making them sweat even more.

"Please, listen to this, Zeno-sama. Beerus-sama is more interested in sleeping and food, than he is in destruction."

"Champa-sama neglects his health, as you can see from his body shape. It affects his work, so, I prepare a balanced nutritious meal for him, but he says that my food tastes... really really really bad."

Hearing that, Zeno candidily states, "Hmm... I should... appoint new Gods of Destruction." scaring the shit out of both of them before he giggle and says, "Hehe. Just kidding." making them release a sigh of relief.

Then Zeno says, "Well..." making both Beerus and Champa stand upright at attention while saying in perfect sync, ""Yes, sir!"" before he continues, "I did come here because I was concerned. But, I ended up enjoying what I saw... very much!"

Hearing that makes Champa and Beerus bow once more while Zeno announces, "So, I thought that maybe we should do this one more time, with contestants gathered from every Universe!"

In response to that announcement, Goku can't stop himself from exclaiming, "Seriously? That'll be interesting!" before he disrespectfully approaches and talks to Zeno, "Let's do it... I'm down!"

Scaring both Beerus and Champa but amusing Zeno until the two Zeno's Attendants sink into the floor and emerge right in front of Goku stopping him from advancing more as he asks, "C-Can't I get closer?"

The two attendants shake their heads in perfect sync in response, but Goku doesn't gives up and says, "Just to talk for a bit." but again the attendants shake their heads while Beerus scolds him, "Stop this, at once! You can't speak to Zeno-sama so casually!"

But then the amused Zeno says, "It's fine, it's fine." shocking Beerus and his brother before he walks up to Goku and says, "It was a good match." making Goku grin, turn his head to look at Hit, and casually say, "It sure was!"

Then Zeno says, "In the near future, let's hold another tournament." which makes Goku grin and say "It's a promise!" before he offers Zeno his hand with a big smile on his face much to the shock of Beerus and Champa that start to truly fear for their lives.

After a brief moment of pause, Zeno shakes his hand much to everyone else's discomfort and shock, especially when Goku casually pulls up his body but then Zeno let go of Goku's hand, lands on the floor and cheerfully says, "It's fine, it's fine. You're an interesting guy."

At this point, I smile and says, "Let's go. It is time to finally make an apparence." before I stop using my Spiral Cosmo to hide our presence much to the shock and wariness of everyone else before I calmly land on the floor next to Goku and Zeno and cheerfully greet everyone in the language of gods, "OlleH Ereht !" followed by Patamon who yells, "Yo!"

Immediately the two attendants make a move and sink on the floor before quickly emerging from my sides, but before they can make another move, I simply glance in their direction and use my Divine Will to stop them from moving much to the shock of everyone who exclaim.

"Oh my...!"

"He stopped Zeno-sama's attendants...?"

"Who the hell is this guy!?"

"Strange... I can't feel any Ki from him."

Shortly after, Zeno focuses on me, tilts his head and says, "Hello!" before he asks, "Are you Zalama...? No... you are not him, he left but you feel similar... Who... are you?"

In response, I crouch down, and with a smile on my face, I honestly say, "Hi. I'm a God from another Universe outside of the 12 known ones. I mean no harm to this universe as a whole, I simply came here to bring back someone and to spectate and enjoy those exciting battles. My name is Jayr Pucci, nice to meet you Zen-chan." which makes Beerus and Champa exclaim, ""What!?"" followed by Vados who covers her mouth with her hand and says, "Oh my...! A universe outside of the known 12 ones? I didn't think that was possible!"

After that, I point at Patamon who is still lying on top of my head, and introduce him, "Meanwhile, this cute one is Patamon. He is my close friend and Partner." making Patamon cheerfully greet him, "Hello, hello!"

Hearing that, Zeno looks at us for a few seconds before he replies, "Another Universe? Interesting! Nice to meet you, Jayr! Nice to meet you Patamon!" 

At the same time, I hear Nappa's voice as he yells in a excited tone, "Look Vegeta! It's a Pokemon!" making an annoyed Vegeta exclaim, "Nappa!"

Hearing that, Patamon shudders for a moment before he uses Telepathy to ask one more time, "Are we really, really sure that this isn't Dragon Ball Abridged?" making me almost chuckle out loud.

Shortly after that, Son Goza lands among the people of Team Universe 7 making them exclaim.

"Goza!"

"You're finally back from whatever you had to do!"

"Are you okay? Gohan, Goten, and Chi-Chi were worried about you."

"Hmpf! You arrived way too late. We have already won."

Suddenly, Zeno waves his hand and cheerfully says, "Well then, I'm going home!" making Goku say, "Okay, see ya later."

I also wave my hand, free his attendants from my hold, and says, "Cia' Ciao! I'll come visit some time in future to play some fun games, so do not carelessly destroy some Universes or planets until then, of course, unless you have to do it for some reason."

Hearing that, Zeno says, "Uhn...! I'll wait!" before he attendants quickly float by his side and take his hands making Beerus and Champa bow again and yell, ""Thank you for your hard work!""

Zeno says, "Yeah!" before the attendants do something similar to a military salute and say, ""Bye-cya!""

Shortly after that, Zeno and his attendants leave by quickly teleporting away. 

Seeing him leave, Patamon sigh and comments, "Damn... I hoped for a more shocked reaction. He just casually accepted everything and went on with his own rythim."

Hearing that, I chuckle and say, "Well, no matter how innocent he may appear, he is still a being that lived for as long as this universe existed. I don't think that he would be shocked by our presence."

At the same time, I hear Champa and Beerus let out a heavy relieved sigh before an upset Beerus yells, "How could you...? If Zeno-sama wished for it, he could wipe out all 12 universes in an instant!"

Surprised, Goku exclaims, "Really?" before he grins and says, "But he didn't seem like a bad guy, so he wouldn't do such a thing! Right?" 

At this point, I step beside Goku while holding at bay the little fanboy in me and say, "I wouldn't be so sure of that. In the beginning, there were 18 universes, but now only 12 remain. No matter how innocent and good he seems, Zeno is still a being that is easily capable of erasing a universe on a whim." while thinking, 'Not that it is a problem even if he actually tries to erase some universes. Now that I have the Seed of Culture of the Dragon Ball Universe, I can easily undo Zeno's Erase without any problem. In fact, I can even completely recreate the whole Dragon Ball Multiverse even if it gets completely destroyed.'

Hearing that, Goku exclaims, "Really!?" which makes Whis chuckle and says, "Hohoho. Indeed, Zeno-sama is without any doubt capable of doing that."

Goku then excidetly says, "Amazing! Then he must be really strong!" but before anyone can say anything, I say, "Not really. Zeno isn't a fighter, at all. The only reason he can do what he does is because he has Supreme Authority regarding anything that concern the 12 universes. But if he actually fought against someone without making use of his authority then even an Earthling with the Power Level of 5 could defeat him."

This seems to greatly disappoint Goku who says, "Too bad..." but he quickly recovers and says, "Oh well. At least the tournament he is going to hold is surely going to be exciting."

At this point, Beerus sighs and comments, "Somehow, all my excitement for winning the tournament faded away." which makes Champa chuckle and say, "So it seems! The tournament held by Zeno-sama will be the real thing! So, think of this tournament just like a practice run. That's why, I'm not frustated even thought I lost!"

Hearing that, Beerus reminds his brother of their bet and says, "In any case, a promise is a promise." which makes Champa shout, "You don't have to tell me that! I'll give you the Super Dragon Balls. But, I doubt you can find the last one easily."

After saying that, Champa snorts, and starts to walk away while saying, "Let's go!" before Vados lightly bows to to both Beerus and I and follows after her God of Destruction.

Once they are some distance away, Champa turns toward the Universe 6 Team and yells, "Hurry and go! If you guys don't show up in the next tournament, Zeno-sama will get angry!" before he continues to walk away.

Champa and his team leave shortly afterwards with Cabba saying goodbye to Vegeta calling him mentor, and Goku asking Hit if he'd be prepared to have a rematch with him in a few days time though Hit does not give an answer. 

At the same time, Goza reunites with his friends and families, who left the platform and are now gathered all around the ring, introducing me and Patamon to them, before he focuses on his sister-in-law Videl and his newlyborn niece Pan.

Shortly after that, Beerus asks the Earthlings to find the final Super Dragon Ball but before doing that, Bulma with the Super Dragon Radar in her hands requests, "Promise me that you won't use the Super Dragon Ball in a horrible way." 

I take advantage of this moment to take a closer look at the poster girl of the Dragon Ball Universe, Bulma.

She is a youthful looking woman with short turquoise hair styled in a bowl-cut and blue eyes, that doesn't look a day older than 25 instead of her real age that is 46.

She wears a white t-shirt, a red bandanna, jeans, cowgirl boots, and wears stud earrings.

In response, Beerus casually replies, "Can't promise that I won't try..." but before he can continue, the smart Bulma quickly says, "I'll complain to Zeno-sama." which makes Beerus relent, "Fine! I understand!"

Coming to an agreement, Bulma doesn't waste any more time and activates the Super Dragon Radar, but after a few moments, she comments, "Uhm... Still can't find it anywhere. I even tried to expand the range, and still, only the six balls that are present here show up. It's hopeless, unless we search from the center of each universe, after all." which makes Krillin ask, "Where do we need to go?" before he sighs and complains, "Haa... I feel like going back home, already."

But them Android 18 steps closer and notices something, "Wait... isn't it showing that all 7 balls are present here already?"
