An Attraction Eleanor can’t explain (Part 2)

Before turning his gaze away from his brother, Alan took a deep breath.

"How did it go when you discovered Diana was your mate? When you found Luna, your partner," Alan asked him in a whisper, hoping he'd tell him without asking him why he was enquiring that.

"Li Lu? Besides our customary connection and smell, what else brought us together?" The Alpha, Simon was describing the day he met his sister-in-law when he said,

"It seemed like I was in a flower field, where all the other flowers were dead and only her was magnificently standing and her radiance, shooting brightly underneath the sun," Alan observed the Alpha sink into a stupor. It was as though he had been waiting for the moment when someone would ask him about it.

"Like when you're about to go home, but you see someone, and suddenly, you forget there's a place called home.

And when you see the grin on her face, you instantly lose all sense of reality and smile back at her.

Her body becomes like a picture you'd never forget, and when my lips-"

Alan's expression altered to one of disgust as he looked Simon over.

"Erk! That wasn't what I wanted to hear, enough, Alpha. I meant, how was it, other than the attraction? Did you hesitate before marking or mating with her? Alan prompted the question, yanking his older brother out of it.

"Oh, yeah! Then again, mine wasn't as challenging as yours. I discovered my partner, and then we started kissing. I marked her, she in return marked me, and we mated.

The ceremony followed, which wasn't as significant but was still required because we were mixing with other people and their cultures. And fortunately for me, she's also a werewolf, Simon scoffed, swearing at him in his mind.

"You had a terrific one, so why did you have to ruin mine?"

'There we go once more,' Luis, Simon's wolf, mind-linked Simon, Alan, and Scott.

'Stop talking!'Scott replied. By surprise, he was calm and as though he were exhausted.

The less vigor Scott spoke with Alan realized they hadn't shifted in a while.

He received a whack on the head for saying, "It would have made more sense if mum had been taken for real." from Jackson, who had just entered the kitchen through the rear door.

"Why in the world would you...for God's sake, put some clothes on!" Alan yelled.

Jackson, who was 38 years old, was older than Alan. Because of this, he behaved freely around him even though Scott was the Beta, but he was very aware not to offend either of them when the others were there.

"She's going home tomorrow, am I right? Are you sure you want her to leave? Why not just tell her that you want her to stay and that you love her? Maybe get married to her?" As he covered himself with the robe he had left on one of the chairs before going for a run, Jackson made the suggestions.

"That's not how it works, buddy. Relationships are important to humans. They must constantly feel secure. How am I teaching you about something like this while you were married to one yourself? Did you also not learn anything about humans when you realized you got mated to one?" Simon answered by raising both hands in the air.

"Just give her time to let go of the hatred she has for you," Simon, sensing Alan's scowl, amended the pronoun, "I mean Us. Then make a date request, ask her to go on dates with you! Man, watch some movies or read some books!" he exclaimed, turning away from them.

Jackson stood up to go for the bottle in Alan's hand—the same bottle he had also snatched from Simon—when he noticed the perplexed expression on his face, he scoffed.

"The best person to provide you advice is me. He has a mouth full of bullshit because life was simple for him, especially when he got a werewolf as his mate. There are numerous approaches to capturing her heart.

Whether or not they are werewolves, women are incredibly complex. But when they're humans, they're worse.

First, ensure that she is nearer to you. Check to see if she is around, and keep an eye on her. If another werewolf mated with her even though you have marked her, it would be awful and deadly. We are not ready to go to war.

Because they would detect your scent on her when they sniff her, our pack mates wouldn't dare go any further with her. Other packs, especially those who wish to harm you, would go right ahead and do it.

And also, regardless of the mates or bonds, she is a beautiful woman.

Mates and bonds aside, she's attractive- appealing, I dare to say, and any man or werewolf would want her."

Again, Alan gave him a stern look, but Jackson, his older cousin, smiled back at him instead of regretting what he had just said. His cheeks even touched his eyes.

"So that you may ensure that she gets fired from the club. I know you don't like her entertaining other men. All we need to do is convince Jordan to inform his friend and right-hand man, Alfredo.

If I asked him to, he would do it without hesitation. Then we can guarantee that Eleanor never works for anyone else but you. I think she'd be overjoyed," thought Jackson, after his final statement, feeling proud and joyful.

Trust him to take things from people by force and dare them to fight him to get them back.

He also tended to push things through regardless of what the interests of the parties involved were. He didn't give a damn.
