Chapter Thirteen.

"Run!" Lucius screamed when he saw their crazy visitor shoot fire from his hands.

"No. Stay." Chantara frowned, muttering to herself. His aura was familiar to her that she couldn't bare to attack. He lunged various strategic moves at them—at her, only because Chantara was his aim. Of course she didn't know why, but she wouldn't stop him.

"Moon, run!" She heard Tina's voice from afar and silently thanked the Orbs her human friend was all better. Chantara scanned her vicinity and watched as they'd all scarttared, leaving just her and the evil Warlock in the center. It was exactly what he wanted. The grass on the floor had turned rotten brown, ripped off of live essence. A giant tree behind her had all it's colorful adorned fruits and leaves, withered into nothingness, along with whatever animal that once dwelled on it.
