Chapter Thirty One

Deep in Shadrack's domain, he was busy. Almost like he was in trouble.

Trouble with his master. "My time has not yet elapse, my Lord. Please, you cannot punish me."

"Why not?" The voice of his master sounded with shock, rather than anger.

"My Lord, my great grand parents have been doing your biddings for years now. It is my turn now and I cannot give up. I'm very close to succeeding, your majesty. Just give me little more time."

The voice was still and quiet, thinking of what next to say or do to him. "Alright then, if you're say so." He said finally. "Fail me, and you're dead."
