Chapter 15

The captain of the law enforcement unit stretched his arms up as he walked toward his house. Tang let a long sigh as he stopped in front of the door. He had a bad feeling, and he blamed it on the fact that he has to host a Fire Nation troops. It was a lot of work.

At any rate, he was happy to see Ty Lee showing her flexibility, her large boobs and curves. Most of the forces went to the circus to see her. He had heard that she had six identical sisters, so he thought that it would be nice to have them.

Now, it was time to get back to his wife and son.

Tang opened the door and took his helmet off. "I'm home."

No one replied to him. The captain felt something bad. It was as if his instinct was bothering him.

"Honey…" said a scared feminine voice. It belonged to his wife.

The Fire Nation captain opened his hand and summoned fire. The vision became clear to him. His wife was sitting by the bed. There was a sword that was floating next to her throat.

"So, this is your wife… Gotta say you have a nice taste." Came a voice, who was sitting in the corner of the room.

Tang turned his head. He could immediately tell that this man was an earthbender who was controlling that sword.

Tang furrowed his eyebrows at him. "Leave my wife, or I'll burn you to ashes."

"So scary." The young man moved his finger, slightly and the sword started dancing around her neck. Tang's heart started sinking.

"You know, not every Earthbender can control things with their fingers. My control may be unstable, you know. Try to provoke me, and she will die."

Tang felt powerless. He didn't know what to say. His heart was beating faster and faster. His wife was more afraid than he was. She stared at him with her big yellow eyes, and she begged. "Please."

The young earthbender stood up. "Now that I got your attention, captain, let's talk."

"What do you want?"

"You know, the village you are going to attack with your people has my family. So you must understand what I'm willing to do in order to protect them. What I am willing to do to you, and your innocent wife and sleeping child."

Tang started feeling nervous. His skin became cold and his face lost colour.

It's true. Tang was willing to kill this young earthbender and his whole family. If what he is saying is true, then they may be as good as dead now.

He gulped his saliva when the young Earthbender stared at him.

"You got it now… Sit down."

"Who are you?"

"Did I say that you are allowed to ask questions?" the young earthbender moved his other finger, and Tang could tell that something else moved. Another earth sword floated next to Tang's neck.

"No, you didn't."

"Pay attention. I don't give second chances." The young earthbender stared at the roof.

He then stared at Tang and asked. "Give me the information about the coming troops and the scouts that are willing to attack my village."

There was one force the captain knew about. There is no need to clarify things.

Having no choice but to obey, the captain gave the information to the young earthbender.

"So, they should be arriving from the west, and they are two days away. Also, you have sent scouts…" the young earthbender let a sigh.

"What are you going to do with us."

"I'll just leave this hummer here for your kid." He said. "He can break your free."

"Break us free?"

"Yep."

The young man opened his hand. The 2 meters long earth sword expanded as if they were decompressing, becoming a bit large until it turned dust-like. They surrounded Tang and his wife. When the young man closed his fist, the dust became a shell that covered them from head to toe. The young man didn't stop and put a layer on their mouth.

"It's not that hard to break…" he said, opening his hand and creating a hummer from the remains of the dust. "You can ask your kid to break you free."

He stood up and stretched his arms up. "You only need to hold your piss and shit. As for you captain. Don't even think of using firebending. You may put yourself into a furnace."

He yawned and went to the wisdom, before jumping out of it.

Tang's eyelids shook. He wanted to scream, but he couldn't. The earthbender was a devil, a real one. He wanted to scream for help, but his mouth was blocked.

Haru walked out of the captain when he heard a notification coming from the system. It seems that he triggered a quest. After he prisoned them in a shell, he left the house. It was time to move outside the village. Haru opened his system and checked.

Haru knew that if he let them go, a large battle will happen. Even with the wall to their advantage, some will die. Especially civilians who can't fight.

Haru found that he has the choice to refuse the quest and go back to his village and fight back.

But it would be just a shame if he let it go.

The main question still is: how in the hell is going to fight an army that is larger than 100 men.

It's impossible in direct battle.

Even if he got in the middle, and snapped his skills, some of them can burn him. He has one brain, they have a hundred. They have more than two hundred eyes, and he has only two. He is sure that he can take 30, maybe 50 with him, but after that, he may die.

Haru walked to the motel, took his ride, and jumped on its back, before riding outside the town.

Luckily for him, in his previous life, he used to love strategic games.

Now, what's Haru. A very strong earthbender now. With his physical power and a large amount of Chi, he could move rocks in sizes that other benders can't. He has very good control that he can play with the earth with his fingers. And he has a superior sense to anyone. He can manipulate the terrain to make it to his advantage.

'I'll reduce their numbers before engaging in a battle with them.'

The troops of the fire nation would arrive at this town two days later. They are moving slowly, obviously. Haru can reach them within a half-day. And half a day was plenty of time to form a plan.

Haru thought about the best set of skills to develop while going to fight an army.

Obviously, the skills that have large-scale attacks.

One of his best skills, for now, was the Swords Rain and Spears Rush.

The first creates a large number of swords and drops them above the head of the enemies. The swords were sharp and fast and had more quantity.

The second skill, although less in quantity, creates very strong spears that are hard and almost impossible to stop at their current level.

The first one seemed to be wised to use. With level ten, Haru can create 15 swords per use.

From 17 Skills Points, he put four points to it.

It went to level 12, and Haru could create 20 swords.

Any skill above the 10th level requires two Skill Points to level up.

Spiral swords ring also is good to be used, since its defensive- offensive skill. He put another 2 points, making it reach level 13.

Now, Haru was left with 11 points.

It's best to increase his foundation — Earthbending Passive skill.

He put 6 points on it, making it reach level 16.

Later, Haru will make sure to get an associated skill out of it.

Haru was left with 5 points.

He put them on his newest skill, a skill that should help him escape.

[Earth Board up to level 7]

As for his other 4 Affinity Points, he put them on Wisdom, since this is going to be a battle of endurance.

His Chi broke the limit to 20.000 Chi Points.

Haru felt a bit curious that he had to stop his ride and jump off it. He summoned the Earth Board, and he found that it was way easier to control.

Haru was floating on the board, controlling it with his thoughts alone. It seems that increasing his earthbending made it possible. But that's not the point. The point is that it can move fast, fly, and let Haru escape in case things didn't go as planned. If there is something to learn from his first life's movies and shouldn't be underestimated, it would be the twists.

Haru flew around for some time before he dispelled the board and went back to his ride.

He currently was rising above a mountain range. He suddenly stopped when he saw a mini-army in the flat land below the mountain range. Since Haru was at a high peak and so far from them, they didn't seem to notice him. He moved his hand, and the ground shape-shifted, creating a rock to cover Haru in case someone decided to stare in his direction.

"So, they are here." Haru jumped off his ride and stared at them. From this distance, they looked small like ants. But don't let that fool you. These guys can burn a full town into ashes.

They were on their rides. And beside them, there were two tanks. Those should be easily taken down with his metalbending. In fact, they can be used as weapons in his favour.

Haru looked at the direction they are moving in. He jumped to his ride and then headed in there. 'Let's manipulate the terrain.'
