CHAPTER 6

Knock,knock who is at home,Ann shouted clapping her hands,i opened the door and gave her a warm hug with as smile on my face.

Um Ann before you came i was about going to the mall to get some stuffs for mum would you like to come with me? I asked Ann who was looking tired.

No Toria,Am a little tired,i would just wait for you here at home and have fun with Colisto.

Alright,i replied and left for the mall. I knew leaving  Ann with Colisto wasn't a good idea but on a second taught Colisto had 15 pines of blood two hours ago so she wouldn't be wanting more so soon.

So Ann how are you?Colisto who was watching Ann's tempting veins asked.

I am fine dear what about you replied Ann who was innocently sitting having a lemon lemonade 

Well I'm fine replied Colisto who could no longer control nor bare her thirst for blood.

Colisto,Col why are you starring at me like that?Ann asked 

Ann come to the room i would love to show you something replied Colisto who led her up to the room .Getting to the room Colisto's fangs came out and she immediately grabbed Ann and bit her neck holding her tight and sucking from her. I heard Ann scream in my head and i knew something was wrong ,immediately i teleported home and found Colisto in her red eyes sucking Ann to death.

Colisto! I shouted stop it as i ran to her and hit her away from Ann. Ann fell to the ground looking lifeless. Colisto what have you done?i asked

Colisto who hadn't gotten herself was still rotating her fangs with her tongue,Oh my goodness,I looked through the window and saw mum and Kelvin approaching the house. What do i do now??I ran downstairs and locked the door,i put Ann on the bed and covered her with a blanket. Colisto hadn't gotten herself so i took her to the bathroom and put her in the bath tub. I could hear mums knock at the door and the sound of Kelvins laughter,i ran downstairs and opened the door as i smiled at mum and Kelvin with hot tears gathered in my eyes.

Toria are you alright ?asked Kelvin who held my hand and was about taking me to the room .Kelvin I'm fine but we cannot go to the room,Colisto is bathing and Ann is sleeping i guess they would be needing their privacy i lied.

OK that's fine,i think we should sit here in the dining room then he replied .

Toria,mum shouted from the kitchen ,would you have potatoes or plantains for lunch,don't worry mum I'm not hungry i replied 

Toria are you sure you are fine asked Kelvin who was putting on an interested looks on his face. Why are you asking kelvin? i answered his question with another question. Toria its because you have been acting weird since you opened the door,is there something you would like to share with me? he asked

Kelvin i said I'm fine,i have been sleeping all day, i backed it up with another lie. Kelvin wasn't comfortable with my behavior but he had to bare with me,he could no longer stay with me at home that moment because i wasn't paying him any attention ,neither did i smile for a minute so he left my house looking depressed. I just wished he could understand but he cant. My mum didn't notice anything strange about me because she was cooking in the kitchen. That evening Ann's mum came to my house to look for Ann but i lied to her. Telling her Ann left my house three hours ago. Mrs Isabella wasn't happy and needed to see her daughter.

Oh my goodness,what the hell is wrong with Colisto??Just look at what she has caused now i sobbered .I was so scared that tears began to flow down my chins for the first time after centuries. I ran upstairs and Colisto had gotten herself. I embraced her with a hot slap on her face shouting her name. Colisto what is wrong with you??with tears still flowing down my chins. How come you couldn't control yourself  huh?I threw so many questions at her but she couldn't say anything to me,she kept looking at me with tears flowing down her face. Hmm,i knew it wasn't her fault,i was so stupid to have left Ann alone with Colisto. I went to Colisto and hugged her as she cried heavier on me. Its okay Col,its alright i said as i cuddled her.

Ann is awake!!!!Colisto and i ran to the bed to see her. Ann,Ann,i called out to reach her attention 

Toria what happened to me? why do my body hurts?she asked

Ann you would be okay,just calm down i replied

Ann can you remember what happened to you? Colisto asked

Nooo,not really,the last thing i remember was Toria leaving me with you for the mall to get something for mum. Ooo Ann I'm so sorry okay,Colisto apologized .

What happened to me?asked Ann who was now suspiciously looking at us. I immediately covered up to avoid more stories,Ann your mum was here few hours ago.

Oh my gush,Mum she exclaimed ,I was to follow mum to a show today,i begged her to wait for me and she promised to, Now i missed it. Ann I'm so sorry okay. She immediately looked at the wall clock !Oo fuck its 7:30pm,i need to run home now.

Ann don't you think you should stay here and rest for a while? asked Colisto who was about crying again. I don't think that would be a good idea i replied looking at Colisto suspiciously. Ann please go home and don't tell your mum you are coming from my house because she was here today and i lied to her that you left my house approximately three hours ago. Alright Toria i wouldn't tell her anything replied Ann who was still feeling pains all over her body. Immediately she left Colisto started crying again and hugged me. Colisto Ann is fine,stop crying it wasn't your fault,you are a vampire and have never lived the life of humans so it wasn't easy for you i understand i consoled her. Toria i failed you,Colisto said with more tears pouring down her eyes,i cuddled her and soon she fell asleep. I kept thinking of what would happen to Ann but never taught Ann would become a vampire neither did i think she needed medical attentions. Poor Ann i exclaimed as i rubbed Colisto's hair.
