Tania felt her body shudder as she heard Acht's voice near her ear like an affectionate whisper. His voice was gentle, warm, and filled with pride. It almost sounded like a melody to her ear. Acht did praise her before many times but this one felt slightly different.


There was something in his voice when he said that as if he was able to free himself from something restraining him. She wasn't sure whether that was true or not but that was what she felt from his voice.


The two then pulled away from each other and vanished again, her mind was still focused on the fight as she could barely keep up with the fight if she didn't use her full power.


Acht was simply a monster and she was very much aware of that. Still, seeing him in action and against her nevertheless was something that made her heartbeat loudly.
