Telling the truth

When Zuni reached the mountain villa, she was greeted by the housekeeper and other staff working there. 

"Where is Song Jingren?" Zuni asked, marching upstairs. She didn't wait for the answer and was practically running. 

"Mr Song is in the master bedroom, "The housekeeper said in a polite tone as she followed the young lady who was faster than a gust of wind. 

When Zuni reached the door of the master bedroom, she paused in her footsteps. The scene that came before her eyes was something like this. 

Song Jingren was sitting on the bed with his neck slightly raised and a woman was standing too close to him. In reality, the woman was a nurse who was changing his dressing of neck as he complained that it was a little tight on his neck. However, the scene looked very ambiguous to others.
