"Wait!" Renata shouted in a loud voice as she ran towards the girl.

The girl frowned and her hands went to the hidden dagger in her dress when her eyes turned sharper.

A look of surprise passed in the eyes of the girl when she noticed that it was a baby that had stopped her.

Her face softened as she crouched on the ground to match her eyes.

"Are you a lost little girl? Are you looking for your parents?" The girl was so cute that Alia wanted to ruffle her hair.
