Too Much Limelight

Leo stared for long at the direction where she had left.

His hands reached his shirt and he pulled the collar of his shirt. There was a strange sense of suffocation as if someone was pressing his chest with a rock.

"What did she need?" he whispered as he felt hard to breathe. Aiden who had finally got rid of that old cunning fog looked at Leo and sighed.

He must have known that Leo would never support Ren when it comes to politics and making her place in the society.

Too much limelight could be dangerous for the girl.

"You should have explained it to her if you want her to stay low profile. How would she know what you have been worried about all these years?" he said with a sigh when the eyes of Leo flickered.

He raised his head and stared at him with a cold look.

"I am not worried about that." That was a surprise for Aiden who raised his brow as if asking what it was then that was making him so troubled.
