It Is My Turn

The voice was painful. Hannah looked at the girl with worry.

"Ren, did your father torment you? Is he not good to you?" Ren could see worry in the eyes of the woman and fear too.

She would feel guilty if she would lie so she pursed her lips and shook her head making the woman bewildered.

"No! But I want a family. It.. feels lonely there. I want.. "She sobbed. A tear fell from her eyes making the woman worried.

She hugged her and rubbed her back. 

"There there! Why are you getting so emotional? I am here, aren't i?" she smiled trying to cheer up the little girl who nodded her head but was still sniffling.

"Do you know my son is five months younger than you but he is not sensible at all. Only last night he had closed all the fire lanterns that were attached with the magic and had buried the whole palace into the snow." she sighed and shook her head.
