Slipping Away

Louise rushed to the Calvorite Hall the moment the arson news broke out. Several of the people working at the hall got confused, too, and how it has the same scenario with the motel situation. The firefighters' feet rushed up, marching up to the hall, hitching the hose to the ways, dispersing the crowd as they should.

Louise ran, squeezing herself in the crowd, and with all the unpleasant smell of sweat and fire combined, fortunately, it didn't irritate her nostrils. Sometimes, she isn't used to that kind of smell. Louise felt the adrenaline rush as the soles of her shoes tingled scorchingly hot.

She roamed her eyes around, looking for a police that no one had seen, and even trudged to the fact that Jeremy and her mother would come down very soon. Louise helped with spreading the water, glaring around, and was hopeful enough to find the culprit in no time.
