Before John could say another word the chairmen asked with a confused look "your other ability? Did you keep it a secret for your safety?"

John then nodded and said " yes but before we speak anything more I want your word that you will never speak to anyone about this without me in the room as my other ability will put a target on my back for the world to hunt" after seeing johns eyes not containing a single doubt the chairmen said "I swear I'm my name as chairmen of the hunters alliance" then John said "my other ability allows me to upgrade another's skill up one grade meaning given time you can have a guild of 300 people all with S rank skills"

After a few moments of silence the chairmen said with a cold face "what's the cost of using this skill because nothing is ever free."

John said "before I tell you I will want you to arranged on the roster a second identification if you ever need my second ability in secret for emergencies"

The chairmen then said after thinking over the terms "very well now what's the cost to use such a ability?" Before taking a hard look at John

Afterwards John said "for using the ability to upgrade other's ability I would have to take 20 levels from them and I can't pick what abilities to upgrade" before staying silent to hear the chairman's response

As John was waiting for the chairmen to respond he quickly said "if you doubt me I'll upgrade one of your abilities and if I'm lying you can do whatever you want" the chairmen said

"Very well but if your lying I'll skin you alive" after looking over his own status plate
