Aslan Made An Oven

"Hm… actually, I want to make cakes for them, but we don't have the utensils. But, I was too shy to borrow Miss Lynn's utensils."

Aslan ignored Rosie again and did his own business. He was confused why women think so hard about things that were not important like that. This time, Rosie really was gone. Aslan didn't know what his wife was doing right now.

"Oven, huh?" he muttered.

Aslan had thought of making Rosie an oven, but he had not expected that his wife would need it so soon. What should he do? Aslan needed a lot of bricks and clay to make an oven. And where could he get those things quickly?

Aslan entered the house and saw his wife preparing lunch for him. He then went upstairs to get some money and came down again.

"Roseanne, I'm going to the nearby village. Are you okay with being alone for a moment?"

Rosie, who was cooking, turned towards the door of the house. "Where are you going at this hour?"
