Chasing Night

I tilted my head. "What is it? And why do you look like you need to poo?"

Kaoru opened the door into the mansion and I followed him with Rika behind me. "What's going on?" I asked while following him, but Kaoru didn't say anything. He leads the way to my room which made my forehead crease. "What? Is there something inside my room?"

He nodded. "I-I think the lady should see it for herself."

Despite having my doubts, I opened the sliding door and entered the room. "What's with— him…" I gulped upon seeing a person inside my room. "W-What are you doing here?" The person slowly turned to me and I saw a serious expression on her face. My breathing grew heavier as I didn't know what to say, 'H-How did she get here?'

"So this is where Kaoru lives?" I gulped hearing that. "I didn't know that since this place is called Yamaguchi household. How will you explain that, Noelle?"
