"Still not figured out where I'm going to spend the rest of my holidays.Arrrgggg....it's so frustrating,who can be of help to me.Think Nita,think"Nita said to herself as she paced round the room and the an idea popped up

"Yes Mr Ruben can be of help...I'm so foolish that I could not think of it all this while"Nita said as she picked up Her phone and called him

"Oh I see....you are going to be thrown out of the hostel very soon and you don't have any place to stay"

"Welcome to my apartment and since you are going to be my first tenant,i need to make this clear.Take this "Ruben said and handed her a piece of paper
