Chapter 9: The five leaves of guardians
Jordan feels a great vibration from the ground. He was unaware about the incident happened near the portal door since the unit guarding the door did not get the chance to make any contact to anyone. Everything happened just in a blink of eye. Jordan immediately assembles half of his unit's army and orders the rest of half for his call. If he sees anything unusual then he will immediately contact them. And they will warn OPESTM and ask for backup. He gets in a chopper and goes to the spot.
3 km away from the door he sees everything is messed up like some big tornado smashed the whole area.He immediately contacts with the second unit and orders them to immediately warn the OPESTM and ask for help. Something has happened on the Island. Though the actual case is still unknown. The more he proceeds to the spot, the more messier things are getting. Still he has no Idea what happened here. He orders his unit to split and to sorround the door from every angle. When he approches the military camp which is 1.5 km away from the door, he witnesses what he never wanted. A bunch of corpes are splitting on the ground. He immediately oreders some of his soldiers to go down and check if someone is still alive. He also lands there. Then he slowly starts to proceed with his army... He sees no one alive.. He still not have any idea what the hell just happened here. He is sure some kind of blast happened. But how it occured, was it any from any kind of technical malfunction or any kind of mistake from the research team. Or Is it someone from the other side? He don't know. Still they are moving on high alert. After moving 100 meters forward, he sees someone is going toward the door. He is a soldier and he looks like he is injured. He calls him. The soldier turns around. He is Normal Class Super soldier Elric. Yes, he is injured. He is having a broken wrist and broken ankle. Still he is going toward the spot.
After seeing Jordan, Elric immediately gives a salute with his broken ankle. Jordan asks
- What happened here?
- I Don't know, sir! Suddenly a blast occured and then I found myself on the ground.
- Did anyone survived?
- I haven't seen anyone yet?
- Where is Mason?
- Commander Mason went to the door.
Now Jordan becomes tensed.
- Why were you going there?
- Why wouldn't I? All of my soldiers are dead. Commander Mason is there. I need to go there. I need to see what is happening.
- Hey listen. You are injured. You immediately leave this place. Go to the OPESTM HQ. Explain the situation you witnessed.
- But Si....
- That's an order!
Elric stays silent for a second then says

Then he leaves for the OPESTM HQ.
Now Jordan gets a little bit worry for Mason.
He thinks
- Is he Alive? What about prof. Carter or the other scientists?
However he can't rush. He is still unaware about the situation inside. He slowly proceeds. 1000 army has sorrounded the area. And that what he has got right now. But after proceeding a little bit forward he got speechless. A kilometer area around the door is completely destroyed. This place was like a dense forest. A lot of trees were here. But now all Jordan can see is just a plain land with burning ground and cracks everywhere. However the door is intact. But no one is there. Only corpses everywhere . He is looking for Mason but no sign of him near the door. Is he dead? Where is Mason? Only he goes near the door. And orders all his unit to stay behind and give him some cover if any threat attacks him. He proceeds to the door. Suddenly he sees a person is sitting on the ground. On this burning ground. He is bigger than average human. He can't be a human. Then he notices there are four more. Those.four where looking at him and the other one looking at the ground giving a devilish smile. Now Jordan knows, what happened here. Their fear became true. They have arrived. But this time not any army. Just five outer space object has come here. Then suddenly he notices one of them, he is about 12 feet tall. Some thing is in his hand. He is holding something. It is not something, it is someone. It is Mason. Mason is dead. And his dead body's condition is miserable. They brutally killed him. Then he sees the dead body of Prof. Carter on his right. His body is also unrecognisable. One of his comrade died. An Elite Class Super Soldiers just died. And it took only 6 min for them to kill an Elite Class Super soldier. Not just him the other 3 normal class super soldiers and the rest of the soldiers. They killed all of them in 6 minute. They are not any normal threat. Jordan has stuck in a position where he can't retreat but fighting with them will be a big stupidity to do. But he has no other way to do so.
The one sitting on the ground says something in his language. He doesn't understand what he is saying. Though that person is wearing a Wegen Machine. But Jordan doesn't have any. The rest of the four people starts laughing after hearing whatever that man was saying. Jordan feels they are not someone to have a talk. They are bloodthirsty. They will fight. And so will Jordan. Jordan immediately orders all of his unit soldiers
- CHHHHAAAAAARGEEEEEE!
Gunfire, heavy artillery RPG missiles start to come from every angle and they Jordan proceeds to them.
In OPESTM HQ they have already known that something happened in Barmuda Triangle Island. A blast occured. Still don't have any solid information. Everyone is running. Everyone is trying to contact with the army inside the Island. They don't know what to do. Everyone's face is getting dark. If they could they would definitely cry. Paul is in the HQ. The world is in red alert. Every country is ready with their soldiers. Some of them made bunkers for safety and they are putting their civilians in it. The OPESTM has immediately asked for help from the frontline superpower countries. They are continuously contacting with the surveillance teams. They said that the unit inside asked for backup After that they lost their connection from them.
Since Corlowall has been removed from his post, David Fletcher is the man in charge now. He is a cunning person. Aware of what he is doing. He calls Paul and orders to call back 2 of the Surveillance team immediately. Paul hesitates then asks
- But sir they asked for help.
- We can't take any risk unless we know what is happening inside. And if there any kind of threat we are hoping for, remember we already have 10000 soldier with 2 Elite Super Soldier and 12 Normal Super Soldier there. If they lose, the surveillance will also lose.
Paul Doesn't have any objection because he knows whatever Fletcher said is absolutely right. They can't take any kind of step unless they make sure about the situation and if there is any one inside the island how much dangerous is he or they. But still Paul asks
- So will you let those soldiers who are inside the Island die that way?
- Do you have any other option? If they are smart they would abandon the island.
- You know they won't.
- Don't worry! I'll send one Surveillance team to that island.
- As a backup?
- No to destroy the Island for good.
- The door could get destroyed. And you know what will happen then?
- The threat inside the Island will destroy also. For the safety of human kind, we have to give a primal sacrifice.
Paul says nothing. David was an Army man also. He served almost everywhere in the world and has a glorious battle history. So Paul can't disagree since he finds logic on David's decision.
Then again David says
- Don't worry. I'm not becoming that much reckless. Paul, You'll immediately block the costal region from Argentina to South Africa. I need 70% of my available soldiers there right now.. You'll be In charge of them. The those countries local military forces will assist you. I have already talked with them. Veronica will be in charge of the whole land area. I wish De Nemo was here. And I'm gonna send those 2 surveillance team to the St Paulo fortress. There they will join with the Naval forces.. You'll have a continuous contact with them

Paul leaves orders every soldier to proceed to the Costal regions From Argentina to South Africa. 8 Elite soldiers and 30 Normal Super soldiers will supervise their teams.
Then he orders one operator to get connected with Surveillance teams. The Surveillance team reports
- What is the order?
- You'll retreat and take position to St Paulo immediately.
- Are you sure?. The inside unit asked for help.
- Yes, I'm. Don't worry I'm sending backup for them.
- Copy that! Sir, we have a situation!
- What is that?
- We have found a soldier who came from the island. He is normal class super soldier. But he is badly injured.
- How much injured?
- Broken ankle and wrist. He lost his consciousness after his arrival.
- Ok. You head to the St paulo they send him to OPESTM HQ. We need him.

Now Paul connects with the second surveillance team.
They reports they have seen the blast from their position.
Paul asks
- What you think? What is the reason?
-We don't know. But still the Island looks unstable. Shall we go?
- No, retreat and head to the St Paulo fortress. You'll get together with naval force and surveillance team one.
- And their backup?
-Don't worry I'll send backup there.

Now Paul connects with Surveillance team three.
He orders them to proceed to Island and destroy the Island with missiles.
The Surveillance team three proceeds to the Island with 14 warship and 1 jet carrier. This is the largest surveillance team there. They first send their jets to the Island. Paul is connected with them.
Elite soldiers Juan who is in charge of this surveillance team asks the air unit
- Eagle's Eye, this is command centre. What you see? Over!
- Eagle's Eye reporting. The island is calm now. Over!
- Proceed to the door over!
- Copy that! Over!
After a minute Eagle's eye starts to report
- This is Eagle's Eye reporting. This place has become hell. All we can see fire on the ground. Over!
- Can you have a visual on the door over!
- We can! We are circling on this territory. No sign of life is visualised Over!
- What About the door. Over!
- Can't have a clear vision over!
- Can you go futher? Over!
- I'm trying. Over!
- Eagle's Eye reporting. The door seems intact. Over! Wait! I see someone alive there.
Then suddenly Shouts with all his life and says
- They not human they fl.....
Eagle's eye disconnects. Paul also witnessed that. They are aware about the danger. Paul immediately orders Juan to launch everything they have on that island.
Juan is a shaky voice
- Grand Soldier? I see some objects flying toward us
Paul immediately with a panicked voice shouts
- ELIMINATE THEM!
Then all he hears gunfire. After some moment with a hard voice Juan reports
- They have destroyed every of our Warship and now they.....
Disconnects!
