Amelia got to her office quite early. Even earlier than

most of her workers. Only a few had arrived and they were quite surprised to see their boss walking towards the elevator. Pope was yet to arrive.

When she got to her office, she unlocked the door and walked in, taking in the fresh scent of the clean room and her diffuser doing its job. Shutting her door, she walked to her couch and flopped into it. She had spent so much time with Marcus and it was affecting her mood. She shouldn't have gone over to his place. She should have gone home immediately after getting what she wanted but she had decided to stay back and now, she was feeling a plethora of emotions and was quite confused about all that was going on between them both. She needed to concentrate at work today.
