Team 13 vs Tsunade(2)

Amatsu and Gin started coordinating better as they continued to fight together. During this time Yakumo was slowly influencing Tsunade's senses subtly. Due to her repeated influence, both Amatsu and Gin were now able to show better results.

Amatsu used his Gentle fist or tried to but Tsunade evaded them. Her rich fighting experience and being aware of her own chakra points and weak spots, allowed her to effectively evade his attacks.

Also her own specialty was close combat, so Amatsu and Gin's attack were easier to evade. She began to increase her own strength and slowly put more pressure. But Yakumo's genjutsu affected her. Unlike normal genjutsu which could be broken easily, her's was different.

Deciding to take her out, Tsunade spread her sense to search her actual location. Using swift movement she created a shadow clone and send it towards Yakumo's location.

Yakumo was not far away from their place. She easily managed to reach her and swiftly made her lose conscious with chop. Now with no one influencing her senses, she began to dominate them easily.

Amatsu discovered Tsunade's clone thanks to his byakugan but was helpless to do anything. Deciding quickly he used an earth style jutsu called 'Great Moving Earth Core' to raise the earth under Tsunade's feet. But Tsunade used a mighty stamp to broke the earth to pieces.

Thankfully it allowed Gin enough time to use 'Great Fireball' jutsu to trap her. Although it was smaller than what Sasuke had made, it was better than nothing. He also quickly performed another hand seals for another fireball to augment the previous one but from another direction.

"Finally using ninjutsu, eh?" Tsunade wasn't even phased by the two incoming fireballs. She quickly performed hand seals for 'Water Wall' jutsu which surrounded her from all sides and used substitution to replace herself with a log.

The resulting collision caused the training ground to be covered quickly with fog. This hindered Amatsu's vision to some degree. Both of them became alert for a possible surprise attack which came in the form of multiple water bullets.

Tsunade had used another water style jutsu to complement in the mist. With now wind style jutsu to help them clear the fog, they suffered from the water bullets. They hit them hard with the force of a rampaging bull. They flew for some meters before colliding against a tree.

They had difficulty getting up after the collision. Although they had suffered some pain during practice, but nothing came close to what they were feeling now.

"Alright that's enough." Tsunade's voice came from the mist. She used a wind style jutsu to clear them. She was standing with Yakumo slung over her shoulder like a sack.

They were relieved she ended the fight. They didn't know if they can still fight. The pain in their chest and back area was killing them.

Amatsu had more than half of his chakra left after the fight. But he was feeling bitter.

'What's the point of having large chakra quantity if you are dead.' This fight had opened his eyes.

'I have a long way to go before fighting jonin much less someone like Tsunade. I know for a fact she was toying with us. If she used her famous super strength, then my hands would have been broken.' Amatsu thought.

Tsunade woke up Yakumo and the three of them gathered under a tree.

"Ok I am impressed you can fight this well for your first time. Although it was pathetic at first, your coordination improved during the fight." Tsunade said.

"It was a good plan to use Yakumo's talent to catch opponent off-guard. If not for my previous experience fighting genjutsu users, I would have difficult knowing her influence on my senses." Tsunade praised them.

"Also starting the fight with taijutsu and conserving chakra for ninjutsu is good for genin like you. Most genin make the mistake of relying on ninjutsu at first. But they forget that they don't have the chakra capacity nor the mastery of elements like a jonin. They easily deplete their reserve and become fatigued."

"Another point to remember is using the correct ninjutsu for a situation. Like I could have used earth walls to defend myself from the fireballs but using water wall caused the mist which helped me to hinder your vision. I used it to my advantage and ended the fight quickly."

"I will teach you all the real life experience and lessons. Ok, starting from tomorrow meet me at this training ground at 6'o clock in the morning. We will train from basic team coordination to working on your weakness." Tsunade said.

After this they all went to a barbeque restaurant with Tsunade and her assistant Shizune. They talked about their daily life before graduation. They got to know each other better. Tsunade quickly became fond of her three new students. She had never tried to teach any team before. This was her first team.

They talked for quite a while before calling it a day.

The trio were looking forward to what they would learn under a legendary sanin. They knew such chance would be hard to come by and they were not going to waste this.

Tsunade was also satisfied with their performance. She knew they have a lot of room to improve. Also she was excited to have someone from the Hyuga clan as her student. She always wanted a Hyuga to study medical techniques to fully utilize their byakugan's abilities. Now that she had a genius from that clan under her, she was going to fully take advantage of the situation.

She had been informed about Yakumo's situation. She was thinking of sealing her demonic personality if nothing worked. Very few people knew about her being a sealing mistress. She was taught by her grandmother from when she was small. Also with the amount of scroll her grandmother had about fuinjutsu, she easily could find another solution for Yakumo.

With her knowledge in medical ninjutsu, she could easily solve her physical weakness.

As for Gin, she was thinking of strengthening his basics. Unlike Amatsu or Yakumo, he didn't have any clan related talent. But if third hokage could reach such height, why wouldn't Gin.

For first time in many years she was looking forward to the next morning.
