We had been flying for over an hour now. The sun was now above our head, and the view of the Lorren Mountains had also become clearer. If I had to guess, it was at most only half an hour more.

Although that didn't really happen, since we had to take a break, as I was running out of mana and Akumi was also exhausted. It turns out it wasn't a skill he was using to fly, but rather an ability of the Excalibur, and it also required a huge amount of mana to operate.

I was quite comforted to know that fact, as it would have been a frustratingly broken ability if it didn't require mana to use.

Hence both of us came down and decided to take a break. We rested for about an hour or so before leaving again.
