I walked alone in silence, the dim light of the building in front of me warmly reflecting off my face. It was coming from the cafeteria—I was headed there after walking Neon to her dorm room.
Not long after, I reached the entrance and went inside after pulling open the glass door. Unlike Zaforths, the Silver Garden Academy had two cafeterias.
One was built inside the building in which the classes were held to be easily accessible, while the other one was a separate building out in the open which was more spacious and big. Currently, I was in the second building.
As it had gotten pretty late, the cafeteria was mostly empty compared to daytime. However, there were still a lot of senior year students—but I didn't have anything to do with them, so I did not pay them any heed.
I wandered around inside, my eyes looking for someone specific. Shortly after, I found them—or found her to be precise.
