The God of Jesters

The previous bout of ours was chaotic. None of us truly knew how to fight, including the least injured Henry.

The most fighting all of us ever faced was probably during training, where barely any of us truly used the full extent of our abilities, nor did we ever use a lethal attack or aim for sensitive spots for our practice buddies. It is mostly a dance between two people, where instead of aiming to hit the people, we hit the sticks they hold.

Of course, that was to be expected. There is a limit to what you can learn from a school And due to how emotional kids of our age usually are, the school makes sure that what they teach us doesn't end up coming to bite them in the back.

This showed from our battle tactics, or at least the way these two fought while I was mostly just an ugly accessory to this fight. Never actually doing much besides getting beaten left and right.
