Julietta loves dreaming about the day when she will become an actress, even though her parents want her to become a doctor. So, she spends her afternoons practicing her acting skills by the lake. She enjoys only this until the day when she begins to see a big white wolf in the forest in the fog at dusk. Soon after she meets a handsome man at the lake as well and learns about the curse that seriously compromised his duty. Julietta decides that she will help him regain his lost place as a prince in his country.

Mildred pulled her hands through her hair and sighed. 


“There are many mysteries hidden in any river or lake,” she stated in answer to Elliot’s question. 


“Yes, but what is in that lake which I would perhaps find interesting?” Elliot asked. 


“Why would you want to know such deep things so early in life?” Mildred asked. “There’s nothing prompting you to seek answers so that you can change your life forever.”


“Is that what happened to you?” Elliot asked as he studied Mildred’s face carefully in the moonlight. “Are you perhaps also a werewolf?”


Mildred stretched her eyes wide at this comment.


“What do you mean by ‘also a werewolf’?” she asked. “Do you know such creatures then?”


“I’ve seen someone emerge from that very same lake as a wolf and then transform into a human when he got out of the water,” Elliot replied. 


“Are you sure about this?” Mildred asked with a shocked look on her face.
