Reminder

As 99 was topping some intangible charts and Kid Psychic dominating the box office, Alexander could be seen intently looking at the crew and their jobs.

He was eyeing them like a hawk as if to observe whatever they did wrong, then he might just put negative remarks on your performance report.

Fortunately, he toned down his influencing aura. All that these people felt was the urge to pinch such a cute little guy trying to look serious like an adult.

It is not every day that they get to interact with a little star and a rising star at that. The only thing stopping them was that:

A. The boy is their boss' son.

B. It would be greatly inappropriate in the workplace.

C. The little boy seems to convey a so-close yet so-far vibe around him.

Young Alex knew the terrifying effects of his latent charisma. He could even say that this occult-like charisma of his is why people are ultimately praising his acting skills.

Truth be told, he just memorized everything he had written and tried his best to reenact them. He had no acting training whatsoever, so their high praise of him is unfounded and a complete falsity brought about by a somewhat brainwashing sensation that he unconsciously exudes.

He had to try and minimize that whenever he was around people.

With only his outer looks to accompany him on his production observation, the crew weren't disconcerted by his unabashed snooping and were rather looking forward to his silent and cute stares.

Mark and Sullivan heard of the filming crew's little expectations and could only shake their heads wryly.

Only they knew that the boy was actually planning to fire the incompetents by reporting to them. Sadly for the boy, the filming staff were actually trying their best to impress him while he is around.

Without even planning for it, the entire filming process became a tad more productive because of his secretive observatory and harsh grading plans doing somewhat close to what it was intended for.

Alexander eventually realized the pointlessness of his grading system and just immersed himself in learning about the different filming stations.

The enthusiasm that they had whenever he was around wasn't really a bad thing. At least, he could see how their respective fields would function at their peak or just be optimized.

It also helped that with the company's success story from Kid Psychic, they had a much greater groove doing this job under the rising director, Mark Creed.

Christopher Lloyd, the future Doc Brown, or maybe not because of the butterfly effect, had a much different outlook than the success-leeching crew.

He would play as a guy from a mental facility that would become the psychopathic killer cyborg.

He would play the antagonist to the good guy approach that cyborg Sullivan would go through.

The guy really played his part well. Well, given that most of their filming involves staying in place for quite a while and the mechanized dummy doing most of their screen time for them.

Sullivan and Christopher would only serve as exterior look and the dummies would do the cyborg magic together with tedious post-production of the Indian workforce.

"Cut! Good take everybody." Mark shouted and the dummy-manipulating team with their greenscreen tights were finally able to breathe relief. "Let's take a break, shall we?"

Nobody objected to that and everybody dispersed to do their stuff after making sure that most equipment are secured and safe from damage.

Every damage is an increase in expense and nobody wants that.

"Dad! Can you have someone take me home? It's gotten a bit boring here for me." Alexander blurted out while Mark was enjoying his drink.

"You know we can't do that yet, Alex. Your grandpa has already come up with solutions but it would take a week to be finalized."

"What a pesky bunch of press people!" The boy said in irritation. His words were so out of character from the quiet and aloof cutie that the staff knew of him.

"Haha! You should take the blame for that! Who told you to make plans for a movie that is emptying the savings of children all over the world?" Mark grinned and took plight in his little son's totally misguided misery. Most artists love the attention of the public but his son only wants their money.

Alexander had to reconsider giving out some options for these kinds of harassment to stop happening in the future. "Oh, I forgot! What is grandpa's solution to this?"

"Is it bodyguards that tackle and beat the teeth out of harassing reporters? Is he going to take fees from every secretive picture they've taken? To be honest, I am fine with that little moneymaker instead of the expense of a security team with an hourly wage."

Mark could only roll his eyes at the boy's extreme thoughts. "It's only reporters looking for a scoop, not hitmen trying to kill you or visitor's hoping for a glance at the happy amusement park that is our faces."

"What is grandpa's solution then?"

"An interview." Mark uttered while Alexander had to really evaluate his overreaction.

The boy was really ticked at his happy alone time in his house being constantly disturbed. His childish ranting with adult methods and money-exploiting thoughts had really skewed his reactions.

"So, you are going to break your mysterious persona and out yourself to the press that can put your words out of context." Little Alexander got rid of his self-reflection and offered his worries to his elders.

"It can't be that bad." Although Mark was a long-time practitioner in Hollywood, this was the first interview he would have that would only dismiss him as a failing filmmaker. "You should know that your grandfather is among the prime originators of meticulousness in our blood."

As such, he was a bit inexperienced in the ways of the press compared to his son who has known about gossip mongrels from the future.

"If you say so! Just remember when you say the words: 'I like children. The reason I make movies is to inspire the youth, our future generation.' Keep in mind that the tagline of the next morning might become: 'I Like Children: The Director Pedophile comes to light!'"

It was a good thing that the director already drank his water earlier or he would've spat out a lot from his son's over-the-top example.

Mark who was calm about the planned interview was now becoming paranoid because of his paranoid and teasing little junior.

"Dad! You should know that interviews are a great tool to use by the people that considers you as an enemy." Even though he was mostly trying to get on his father's nerves, Alexander had to remind them that there are major powers in the industry that they may or may not have offended.
